When we have gone to this bank we have had good service. My problem with BOA is you have to drive a long way to find a branch with an actual person. All are video or automated. To my knowledge this is the only one on the north side of Indy, My other banks PNC and Centier have multiple branches where we can talk with a person. I will most likely close this account as soon as able.

Excellent attention, good treatment and efficient work. Especially Mrs. Jessica Chenique. He is very kind, bilingual and knows what he does very well.What you cannot achieve in another bank in America you can achieve in this one.I recommend it 100%.

If I could give a negative 3 I would!!! Just left this branch, they claim they couldn’t cash my check, referred me back to my employer. Called my payroll department and they said there is absolutely no reason the check shouldn’t be able to be cashed. If you don’t know what you’re doing then just say that, but maybe get out of banking and try the circus…idiots.

I personally did not experience anything remotely similar to the other reviews. I am traveling cross country and my card was locked and the only way to unlock it was to go in person to the bank. I had to travel a long distance and was dreading coming in with the impression I most likely would not have been helped. That could not have been further from what happened. I walked in and was immediately helped. I was directed to wait for the manager and waited less than 5 minutes.The manager offered me coffee and water which was super nice! A few minutes later I was directed to an office and had my card ready to be used in less than 20 minutes. Super friendly staff as well! I can understand how this new streamlined way of banking is confusing and frustrating for people who are used to just walking in unannounced and getting the cash they want but I appreciate the appointment system they have in place. If I lived closer to this location I would come here for all my banking needs.

Had an appointment to open a bank account and I was on time also 5mins early after reaching there they asked me to wait for a while and I was Sitting on the couch and waiting for 40mins doing nothing, finally I got frustrated and left the bank. First, for what do they take appointments , Absolutely WORST experience !!!! Now I have no intention in opening a bank account with BofA

After 15 years, will be closing my accounts. Went in to withdraw some cash to make a purchase. Had to drive 30 minutes to get to a location that actually has people and not a just teleconference room. Get there and I’m told no one is currently scheduled who can authorize my withdraw but I can drive another 45 min to get to another institution that might have someone who can help me (mind you the bank closes in 30 min). There were around 7 employees and none were authorized to approve my withdraw. What good is a bank if you can’t get your money when you need it. Goodbye BOA

ready to close my account! can’t speak with a representative. Trying to open an savings account and put my grandkids as beneficiaries. Can’t do this because my grandkids have to be present. They work everyday. your hours make it impossible to to do this. i’m going to find a bank that I can speak to someone personally. I will do this as soon as I can switch my auto pays. What a mess

This has been the worst bank I've dealt with. I would never choose to bank here. (Business acct) & I will tell everyone to never bank here.I had to edit this since I can't post another review. THIS IS LITERALLY THE WROST BANK EVER. They'll have either 2 or 6 people in the bank BUT ONLY 1 teller (thats never available when you get there). EVERYONE in the bank should be able to be a teller or make sure the teller can be available once they are needed. They have like 3 people in this bank right now not doing anything! Its literally crazy how everytime I come in here I have to wait 15+ minutes. I've been HERE WAITING FOR 30 MINUTES!!!!

This place is the worst. They only have one person for taking deposits if that. And they keep reducing their hours and days open. I have to come here for my job or else I would have already changed banks long ago. It just gets worse and worse every time I try to make deposits.

Service is abysmal. The only reason this location gets one star is one Black female employee who is always helpful.Any other time, wait forever without being acknowledged while you visibly see available employees sitting.Very disappointed!
