Staff was busy with people preparing for a race, however, we were welcomed promptly and had a feet analysis. Lauren was awesome. She took the time to explain the results and answer questions. She offered a variety of shoes to fit the foot type and found one that was perfect.

I brought my toddler along to do a test fitting, they even had toys for him to play with. The fitting only took a few minutes. The staff was very nice and was very knowledgable about the data they presented me. I felt like I was able to make a better informed decision.
