I LOVE the staff at this bank. My mother’s accounts were here prior to her passing. The staff has been so very helpful to me and supportive regarding the management of her accounts prior to passing and after with settling her estate. They all feel like friends to me. Thank you !

The staff is friendly here, but the bank itself is terrible. I started an account 3 months ago and I’m already closing it to move to Chase. I don’t recommend joining BMO Harris if you want a bank that knows what they’re doing.
