"I had a deeply concerning experience at this BP Gas Station on Friday July, 12 between 1:30pm to 2pm. After inquiring about a small chocolate milk priced over $4, which seemed expensive and wasn't clearly marked, I decided not to purchase it and informed the staff I was returning it to the shelf.
While I was ordering at the attached McDonald's, a gas station employee approached my daughter and mother, falsely accusing me of stealing the drink. The employee claimed they had watched me on camera, despite the fact that I had never left the store and had openly communicated about returning the item.
The accusation was not only false but also inappropriately directed at my family members. The employee's behavior was unprofessional and distressing, especially considering I had mentioned being a veteran. The McDonald's staff also acted rudely, with one employee making a disrespectful remark as they walked away.
This experience was unacceptable on multiple levels:
1. False accusations of theft
2. Confronting family members instead of addressing me directly
3. Disrespectful treatment of a customer and veteran
4. Lack of clear pricing on items
5. Overall poor customer service from both BP and McDonald's staff
I strongly urge management to address these serious issues, including staff training on customer interaction, proper pricing display, and respectful treatment of all customers, especially when dealing with sensitive situations."

It maintains a professional tone while clearly outlining the multiple issues with your experience, if not contacted by owner will look into taking action, Defamation legal action, have alot of witness too.

I went here for a quick gas stop and the parking lot is clean, there are 12 pumps, there is a McDonald's attached, and if you use the BP app; you can save 5 cents a gallon! Overall, a good place to go to! Recommendation: I would recommend a center pump when it is raining because it has better coverage.

This BP gas station and convenience store (with a connected McDonald's) is the best pitstop in town for energy drinks, vapes, and/or a quick snack. They always have great inventory and their family owned staff is extremely kind/helpful - thanks again!!!

Living very close to this location makes it an easy place to get gas from.The parking lot is clean as is the inside. The entire place is well maintained and makes for a pleasant exchangedd.

By far the best Gas Station in all of Fishers! This gas station has everything I need and they have fast service. They have the best selection of energy drinks I like and all the best snacks I crave. The store is fully stocked. The employees in there are all friendly. I stop by everyday here.
