I wish I could give negative stars. Signed up for pet wellness program and still ended up with a $200 bill. Gave them her medical history including records and where she had been seen. For SIX MONTHS, vet is approving her prescriptions. When I take her back for annual, they claim they don’t have any records so we couldn’t get her vaccinations. Then they tried to charge me for the visit. Made another appointment to get her shots.….somewhere else. Pet skills are good I guess. They gave her treats…even though she supposed to be on a diet…smh….but when it comes to the owners I walked away with my time and money wasted.

We started taking our dogs to Dr Graves over 20 years ago when it was 1 office and it has been cool to watch them grow. Over the years we have had multiple dogs and started taking them here since they were puppies. They took great care of us when we sadly had to make tough decisions at the end of their lives. We have always felt our dogs have been well taken care of, the staff goes above and beyond and treated them with nothing but love and respect. You can see the love that the staff has for animals, they are on the floor hugging on our dogs or carrying our little one around and holding her like she’s their baby. Our girls get excited to go to the doctor. The staff are always kind and thorough with exams or treatment. We usually go to the office off of Olio Road in Fishers, but have visited a few other offices if our main one is booked. It’s nice to have multiple back up locations when we need to be seen sooner. We have never had a problem getting in same day or even on a Saturday. They have always been up front with pricing and give options if something is a bit more pricy. I highly suggest the pet wellness plan. We have this for both of our dogs and it has been worth it and saved us some in office visits this year. Annual vaccines are included in the plan and office visits.

Been taking my pets here for years. Level of service/veterinarians has gone severely down hill. Most recent experience I have a dog that was having some major horrible breath issues. He was seen here once to look him over and they couldn’t find the cause so recommended sedation so they could get a better look in mouth, teeth, gums, etc. After 2 visits and lots of money spent, they could not determine the cause and just called it a smelly mystery. Six months still an issue and been trying home remedies to no avail. Took him to his groomer who found the issue during their session on his lower lip, puss sacks. Emailed the vet as I was not happy I spent all that money and they could not determine anything but my groomer found something. I basically get told it’s my fault for not bringing him back in for a follow up. Not sure why I would bring him back in when they called him a smelly mystery and couldn’t find anything wrong other than to continue to take my money. I ended up taking him to another vet who was wonderful and diagnosed him with lip fold dermatitis in less than 5 minutes. Put him on anti biotics and anti septic mouth wipes and within 2 days the smell is gone. NEVER take your pets here, their about spending your money while doing the least they can to help.

if a lady answers the phone and says her name is Brooke do not continue to talk. she is blatantly disrespectful, rude and will not help you at all. she blamed me for no call no shows that have not happened. I have showed up to every single appointment I have made. They did not send me any text nor email about an appointment that I did schedule. I needed to cancel because I took my dog to a different place instead since they could get her in sooner and she is still charging me for my appointment at Pet Wellness Clinic. She stated that she contacted a manager to talk to me instead and I have still not received a call.

Everyone at this location and the Olio location were super friendly and straight forward. We appreciated how much they cared about us and our pet, basically acting as if it was our human child. It felt like the entire staff is working there out of true love for animals and we had never seen that before switching to this vet. We will never take our pets anywhere else!

Sadly we had to use them to lay our 16 year old cat down. But the staff was so understanding and thoughtful about the situation. They helped make it a less traumatic experience for us both.

We’ve been taking our shih tzus to this vet for years. They’ve always provided excellent, compassionate care and are always friendly when calling to schedule appointments. Better yet, they are transparent when it comes to the cost of caring for you pet.

So we have been under Bridgeview for the last 10 years have 3 dogs under there plan to which is $39.99 a month we just got home and our dog was chocking we could not see anything in his throat we put him in the car and started heading to the ingalls location because it’s the closest to our home I called while we were on road to let them know we are coming there. I was instructed that they had a 2 o’clock appointment which was over a hour. I explained it was an emergency and they did not care. They said 2 o’clock was only opening. Thank god what ever was chocking him finally got passed. If it was up to pet wellness it would of died so they should change the name to we will take your monthly payment but don’t care about an emergency I promise after this we will find another place that might care for animals. I am overly shocked by this. And disgusted by their action.

On Oct. 31st, I was told my senior dog was in renal failure and had a month to live based off her blood work by Bridgeview. They told me there was nothing I could do. Something didn’t feel right, so I took her to another vet for a second opinion. They said her kidneys were definitely damaged but they wanted to try some meds (phos-bind and azodyl). Since taking her to the other vet and treating her kidney disease, my senior dog has her appetite back and is doing very well. It’s Dec. 15th and she’s still here despite what Bridgeview told me. ?***Update: It’s Feb. 7th and we just celebrated her 17th birthday yesterday. So glad I went to another vet for a second opinion!
