I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love this clinic. My kitty got sick recently and it came on quickly. They were booked but squeezed me in because she started getting worse. My usual vet recently moved so I had a new vet Dr. Jen. She was the best, it didn’t matter that she was off work by the time their other emergencies were taken care of, she took her time with us. She thought she might need X-rays and even thought she was technically off work, she met me at their other location, Fishers Veterinary Hospital on Allisonville Rd. They were so good to me, they ended up keeping my kitty for 2 nights. Dr. Jen kept in touch with me. I can’t thank them enough, Dr Jen was so wonderful, the vet techs at both locations, Katie at the front desk and the lady at the front desk at Fishers Veterinary hospital who was so kind. I wish I could have gotten everyone’s name. I feel like they saved my cat. I love this place. Thank you so much Dr. Jen.

Got my dog in quick when she had some spinal inflammation and took great care of her. We’ll be back with all our babies.

Little too aggressive and rude. The vet has no interest in listening. We had a wild puppy that was tackling our children, slamming them into the concrete and running into the street every single day, dangerous for our children and the dog.We were struggling to find something that worked to train him. We used a training collar with a tone and vibrate to teach him where he could and couldn't go. He rewarded him when he listened and he learned fast! It worked like a charm and he learned in 3 days.We no longer have to use the collar and now both our children and the dog are safer for it.The vet did nothing but aggressively chastise me for using that method, had no interest in listening and continued to tell me it's the same as slapping my dog in the face harder and harder.I wasn't able to explain any of this to her because she didn't have any interest in listening so I just let her talk and did whatever I had to do to leave.

We recently moved to the area and were excited to find a close vet for our senior dogs. First visit was awkward and we were charged for something they didn't do. BEWARE! They credited us for the charge. Had we not noticed it we would have been out this money. About six months later we need a refill for meds that our dog has been on for 10 years. They tell my wife that he needs to see a Dr before they can refill. Their reason is that the original Dr that he saw is no longer with them. Their solution is a partial refill 15 tablets which they charged us more than a 90 day supply. Now I don't mind getting overcharged said no one never. We will not be returning here.

Wanted to thank the techs, Jessica, Megan and Dr. Collins for saving the day! My Dasie got into a tick nest and had an obscene amount of ticks all over her. Needless to say I was overwhelmed and didnt know what to do. They acted quickly with removal, prevention and treatment for possible disease as a result of so many tick bites. I am forever thankful for their willingness to take on such a task. Thier kindness and care for my sweet little girl was above and beyond thier job description. Thank you!!

I don't leave reviews often but I had to in this case because I can't say enough good things about the staff, especially Dr. Cable. She has gone above and beyond in getting our VERY anxious dog taken care of, including staying late and visiting our home. She has always understood that his fearful behavior is just at the vet, and not how he always is. She is wonderful, can't recommend her or this facility enough

Took my kitten here for the first time back in August and then again in November for her first two checkups. Both vets who saw her did a wonderful job explaining to me what they were doing/looking for, and for not having pet insurance the bills were reasonable so far imo. The vet techs also helped clip her claws for me the second time which was a godsend because she hates when I try to clip them myself.

Called to get a price for Neutering and was told "We need to see your dog in order to give you a price". So we reluctantly take the appointment. $65 "Exam" and $60 of pre-surgery meds later, they still wouldn't give a price. Said "we need some time to give you the most accurate price". I get a call that afternoon (Mon) saying the woman who does "estimates" was busy and it would be Thurs before she would have time to call. Thurs comes around and nothing. I finally go in and cancel the surgery appt since I still don't have a price, and ask for the meds and "Exam" to be refunded. 20 mins later, there is an "estimate" in my email. $422-$733. Um, how is this the "most accurate price" they can give after a week? BTW they charge $406 for the procedure itself. Could have just said that from the beginning. Everything else is an up sell, which is why they refuse to give you the price over the phone. Then they have the nerve to refuse to refund the $65 exam that they "required" in order to get the price. Terrible customer service and even worse business practice. They can have their $65 because neither of my pets will ever return.

We had a pet hamster pass away. Our daughter was extremely attached to her. We were referred to Brookschool by a friend for cremation. It was absolutely perfect! They put us in a room to say goodbye to our little critter & have some smiles & shed some tears. The staff comforted my daughter. & what we got back from crematory was so precious & perfect. Thank you all so much for making it just a little bit easier for our daughter!

I took my cat for his first appointment today and I can’t be more grateful for how sweet and compassionate everyone was. My cat is anxious and hisses at everyone but he was calm and had fun with the doctor and staff. They gave him treats and pets and were very gentle. They also explained everything to me step by step. It was a wonderful experience all around. They truly do care about their patients and you can tell!
