I have been coming to this location for years and have never been disapointed..friendly, fast and reasonable, not to mention there seems to be little turnover in employees which makes me feel it must be a good work environment (although I am not a mechanic). On a side note, I have several mechanics between my home in Fortville and Fishers that I pass along the way, but I will drive the distance for the security knowing I will have professional repairs with an honest team and pricing especially since I am a female where my automotive ignorance could make my wallet prey to predators. Thank you to Mike and his Amazing team!

Tommy and Mike are fantastic and so helpful! They kept me in the loop with everything going on with my car since I couldn't wait in the shop. Laid out my options and had my car done and ready to go in no time. Not to mention best prices of any shops around. 10 of 10!!

Stopped for a headlight issue as I replaced the bulb but it didn't fix it. Unfortunately they weren't able to get the part needed due to the age of my car so may have to try a GM dealership, but they were able to provide a temporary solution via a wire clamp nonetheless. They were super nice and didn't charge me anything for this. Very unexpected and cool of them. Seems like a great place!

Friendly, fast, quality service for a good price. Their coupons in publications like Reach make it even a better deal. I was in and out for an oil change in a very short time. Free coffee and wifi while you are waiting.

I've been using Carx since it was across the street - we're talking 15+ years. This place is my goto for all car repair needs. If they cant do it for some reason, they will tell you. The prices are fair, the service is quick. Tommy and the crew are the best in Fishers.

Car had a rattle and Tommy was super helpful when I called. Told me to bring it in first thing in the morning. They got me in and out within 15 minutes and it was exactly what he suspected. Quick and easy fix. Took me out there to show me the issue and explained my options. Highly recommend!

Complained of soft brakes and no e-brake. Techs admitted brakes were nearly new and did not attempt any upsell. Just a small matter of adjusting and tightening, nominal labor charge. Very refreshing and confidence-building. Will be back for other services.

I had an excellent experience when taking my car to Car-X earlier this month. The manager, Mike, was very communicative with me on what was wrong with my car and all that would go into the repair and labor costs. He was very gracious in giving me discounts because I was a first time customer and there were quiet a few repairs needed to my vehicle. I 10/10 recommend going to this branch.

These guys are the best! We’ve been taking our cars here for 16 years. Took my car in today with check engine light on. I expected a costly repair, but it was just a sensor issue because gas cap was loose. They got me back on the road quickly and didn’t charge me anything! I appreciate their honest business practices.
