Why have a phone number if nobody answers

I went in to open an account for my son on Saturday. Someone quickly came up to me too tell me how busy they are but nobody is in the bank (and no cars in the lot). I was instructed to get on the mobile app and schedule something during a week day or sometime in the future. Probably time to find a new banking institution with better customer service.

Poor customer service. The lady who works there was unhelpful and condescending. This is a far cry from the service I received from other Chase branches.

Amy was the nicest person ever. She helped me figure out how to take out cash, the modern way. She was so very patient, friendly and helpful. Absolutely appreciate her for all of her help! Best experience (:

Why does this branch exist? I lost my ATM card and went inside so I could get money out of my account and was told there was no cash unless I use my ATM card in the machine??? I was told I could just go to another branch on Cumberland road but couldn't as I was on my way to work and didn't have time. I have been several times for different reasons and have always had to go elsewhere...

I went in to get my re-ordered checks "fixed". Deluxe, the vendor Chase uses for that sent me checks without my name and address on them, ha ha! Tammy K was personable, helpful and knowledgeable. She even did a follow up call to let me know she re-ordered my checks, got the right info and check# started. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Filing a formal complaint against Chase Bank with the Indiana Attorney General's office.Approximately 3 months ago, my wife noticed that her Chase savings showed a transfer of $5000 out of her account. We were extremely puzzled because neither of us had withdrawn that money. My wife called our personal banker to inquire but he had no explanation. Further, the bank could not even identify the account number to which the money had been transfered to. Since he could not offer an explanation, he had the bank's fraud department begin an investigation but that investigation could also not identify the account information to which the money had been transferred to. Later, the money was mysteriously deposited back into her account, but again no one at the bank could offer an explanation. Not long after, this incident was repeated again for another $5000. The money was internally transfered again to that same account number. That money has disappeared again but this time, it has not been returned. This led us to demand an explanation from Chase regional or corporate bank officials over a week ago. We were informed that we would receive a phone call within 24 to 48 hours but no call came. I've been to the local branch multiple times demanding additional contact information and feedback and finally stated that I would be filing a formal complaint with the Indiana Attorney General's office if I could not get a response as promised. Again the branch manager informed us that she's done everything possible from her end to ask Chase Bank officials to follow through on our request for assistance. Today, she stated that she has been informed that she is not allowed to speak to us further. She did give us the name and phone number of the Chase Executive Marketing Director but I called and left a voice message and contact information. He has not yet contacted us so I made a call to the Indiana Attorney General's office late this afternoon and will file a formal complaint against Chase Bank. We have been with Chase Bank for approximately 12-15 years, certainly long enough to expect a more professional and appropriate response. This response, or lack thereof from Chase Bank, defies logic. I am left wondering if Chase Bank has been the victim of a cyber attack and doesn't want the public to know that it's been hacked? I'm also expecting that the $5000 taken from my wife's social security funds will be covered by Chase Bank's insurance policies. Who in their right mind will ever want to trust their money to Chase Bank in the future. I can assure Chase Bank that, once this is resolved, it will not be us!Dr. and Mrs. D. W. Jarman

I used to love this branch. While they still have great people there is no longer teller service so I cant select the exact Bill's I want in all denominations. Cant get $2 Bill's, cant get coins. You feel like your super rushed if anyone is waiting behind you at the atm. It's just not a good concept at all. Dont like having to come here now. Will go out of way to other chase locations now

Worst bank ever. They are charging me and my wife's account 186.00 for something they said we ordered and we didn't. My wife has been with them for 20 years.i will try everything i can to make sure people don't use this bank. We will be closing our account out and going thru gbc..

Agree with previous comments. Chase needs to close this branch completely! This is not a customer friendly concept and it leads to frustration with customers. Thank God for the branch at 116th and Cumberland. I hope it remains a full service branch.

Fully automated bank is not the way to go. I waited in line for half an hour and machine wouldn't accept the check I had to deposit so I got to drive to an actual branch. Thank you chase!!!
