Pop machine isn’t working correctly. You can tell by the way the pop comes out. Doesn’t sound like fountain pop machines sounds. Tastes nothing like it should.

I Went to this gas station I watched her check out.Somebody then go to the restroom. As she returned out of the restroom I Wanted to check out.She proceeded to tell me that I had Use the self check out. I said I do not Since I What's trying to get more gas. She Refuse again to take my order. Tried to tell me that her boss told her to do it. I also bought sunglasses which by the way she did check those out. I tried reaching the store three times nobody answered. Not sure why it picked up and hung up.

Customer service sucks. You have to ring yourself out. When you ask for something, you can not ring up by yourself, it's like you are making them work. Real poor customer service. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

Upgrades look nice, but you did it so that way you didn’t have to have a bigger work staff and it shows. What’s the point of having someone behind the counter if they’re not gonna be the ones to check you out. I won’t be back.

Proper visit at 2 am, and I'd no idea what to expect.The store was immaculate; there was fresh-wrapped sandwiches and fruit/veg; and all the beverage machines were in working order and perfectly clean.Seriously, I'm not into to get excited about a petrol station, but this is my new go-to when I need a snack and drink latte night.

Terrible service!!!! People who work here don't know prices...I was told " I don't buy it so I don't know the prices"And they didn't know how to do a price check!!! So ridiculous...

I used to love this location but the manager there is an absolute nightmare who can’t pay attention to her store for anything. Adding the self checkout but not hiring a manager who’s competent enough to actually do her job and make sure her employees are doing theirs is just poor business management in general. She was incredibly rude to me the last time I was in and yelled at me as I was leaving the store.

Store Number 4702313; conveniently located directly on my way to work. I decided to get a Sip N Save membership of $4.99 charged monthly for one fountain drink or one coffee per day— great deal. Unfortunately this store CONSISTENTLY has either their fountain machine completely broken, no ice, or out of multiple flavors of soda. Currently the ice machine has been broken for ~2-3 weeks now. Some mornings my soda is luke warm, other mornings it’s flat, and the rest of the time they are out of stock.Another negative is that the fountain machine area is always infested by gnats. Quite gross to visit so early in the morning to be surrounded by a swarm of gnats flying into you. I’ve contacted Circle K management over this on going issue and have heard -nothing-Their newly renovated breakfast area (opened maybe 2-3 months ago?) is just as empty / not stocked as the fountain machine is down.At this point I’m going to cancel my membership and cross over to the other gas station and use their drink membership.Thoroughly frustrated, a really poor management to this gas station.

Got $11.50 worth of gas on my motorcycle on my way to work yesterday..it authorized $22.50, which I was ok with..figured $11 it will drop in the morning...well well it did not they put the full charge on my account!!..glad I got a receipt.(proof)I will be reporting to attorney General, my bank is already working on my refund..people be aware of this thief gas station..do not do business with thiefsStation located on 96th st and I69 by Walmart
