I had the opportunity to work with Megan Vondielingen. Being able to work with her was one of the top reasons I chose the Mortgage Exchange. She is a strong and knowledgeable business woman who made the process easy! I was able to ask questions and have them answered thoroughly. She is very communicative and truly cares. 10/10, would work with her again.

My mom set up a call with Madeline to get some insight into what it might cost to buy a house. Little did I know, my boyfriend and I would immediately have Madeline walk us through this big moment in our lives. He and I immediately fell in love with her and how similar her home buying experience was. Emmett and I closed on our first house (he at 25 & me at 23) on August 31st. She even made time in her busy schedule to DRIVE DOWN to Bloomington FROM FISHERS!! Having her there was not only bittersweet but felt so amazing as she’s the one that started this whole process. We found Madeline before we even found our realtor! He and I found our dream home after a week of looking at only 4 homes. Madeline works amazingly well with any realtor you pair her up with. Our realtor couldn’t stop talking about how much of a pleasure it was to work with her. She’s so knowledgeable and made sure she kept us updated on everything. With us being young first time homeowners, we had no idea what the process was like. She was happy to explain it over and over again (and she had to at times lol). We wouldn’t be moving into our new home this Saturday without Madeline. I’m so happy she’ll be in our lives for many more years to come! Thank you Madeline!!!From,Emmett and Elaina

Madeline was fantastic helping me the last few months figuring out what my budget looked like and guided me through closing steps! She went the extra mile walking me through all of the line items in the closing costs to ensure I understood everything. 10/10 would recommend!!

We cannot say enough good things about Madeline. From our first conversation until our closing date she was in frequent communication helping along the way. She answered any and all of our questions and made sure we were well informed throughout the process. She even ran several scenarios for us to look at all our different options and see what worked best for us. Madeline is very welcoming, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She works hard for her client's best interest. We would highly recommend Madeline's services and will use her in the future!

Madeline is a preferred lender of mine because she is absolutely amazing at what she does. I refer her to all of my clients because I’ve never met someone who works harder than she does at this job. They communicated with us every step of the way to ensure we had no surprises, provided thorough details on what was needed from us and when they needed it so we wouldn’t miss deadlines. Their easy to use, secure portal made submitting the necessary documentation simple and quick. They not only made the process pain free, but they got us to the closing table within 3 weeks of an accepted offer!!
