I needed help with a self-checkout scale for weighing produce and 2 watchful employees came to assist without even being asked. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I also like that they are updating the store.

Staff that rings you up is slow and lazy and very unfriendly. I hate this place and I will never go back. There are so many better options in Fishers. You should save yourself the misery of experiencing this store.

Saw a store employee take a piss - yes - take a piss - outside near some semi containers and zip up and walk in the store like nothing happened. The clerks talk Farsi, or some middle eastern language, to each other while checking groceries ignoring you- just chatting with each other. Rude. Horrible.

They rarely open up more than 3 self checkouts and very seldom have a real person checking you out. Avoid unless you have 20 mins to wait in line. Also, always check expiration dates.

Stores is always under stocked, people are not doing their jobs. Forgot my card and left my sister there while I went home to get it. Store staff was rude to my sister when she canceled the order and moved to the side to wait for me to get back. The older lady judged her based on her age (age discrimination) and told her she was trying to steal. I came back with my card and paid but staff still treated her rudely. Walmart needs to do better about training their staff on discrimination and harassment!!!!

I dont have a problem with the store; staff seems friendly, it's clean, well stocked, generally easy in/easy out, etc.
What they need to make clear to people is they won't return items bought at another walmart unless they stock it. I guess that makes sense? I'm not sure how that works except any other walmarts you can return items in indy bought in Kansas Anyway, their customer service desk is slow as molasses and you wait 15 mins to find out they won't return your items. They need a sign that says; if you didn't buy it here, we probably won't return or exchange it here.

First time in just a Walmart grocery store. Was nice but looked run down but the employees were very nice. It was amazing. The aisles were stocked and full. Was nice to find what we wanted
