Walmart’s Delivery Service did not communicate that they don’t deliver on 2nd floor. Driver just left pkg in downstairs hallway by front door. I wouldn’t have use delivery service if I known.

I’ve been here for almost an hour waiting for my grocery order. The manager had to re-shop my order because one of the pickup employees put my groceries in the wrong car! This is very frustrating!

What I like about this Walmart is their security is always kind and very alert. The employees don't bother you while you shop there. They are usually out to help when they can. Fast check-outs and good produce. Thank you Walmart employees you guys rock!!!

It's a shame when it comes down to demographics for keeping stores well stocked and clean. I traveled from Eagle creek park way to 96th street to get thing's I need and shop at a clean store that has plenty of employees.

Who is in charge of the auto center? In 2 years I’ve never once gotten anyone to answer the phone at this location. 2021 went in to redeem my tire warranty I’d bought for a previous repair. Said I wasn’t in the system they didn’t have that in their history. Cool purchase a new tire full price with warranty. Call Keystone location KEPT THE RECEIPT this time. The system says I’ve already used my warranty (on the same date I went in and had to purchase it) can’t be right since the receipt says otherwise. Keystone tells me I have to go to Fishers to figure it out. Go to fishers after calling all day…2 men working under one car 4 people in line no one was acknowledged. It shouldn’t take 9 hours just to figure out which tire is under warranty…and why are the systems not all the same for the company. Driving to 2 separate locations because THIS LOCATION is shady and not documenting my history correctly. Thank god I have a receipt this time. This location sucked in 2021 and apparently hasn’t changed

If this is for the one on Pendleton Pike in Lawrence backslash Indianapolis, it is the worst Walmart supercenter I’ve ever been into. Since the remodel, the cash registers are always backed up and takes forever to get service now if this is the Walmart supercenter on 96 street in fishers Indiana their remodel was done correctly and get in and out without any problems I would give it five stars.

I hate the way Walmart has made us pack our purchases with great savings to their operating costs but have passed zero % of those savings to us the consumer.
