They have an excellent product, and my partner and I have been very happy with their system. The reason I am rating them so poorly is due to their customer service. We have had their system for approximately 16 months. Since my partner actually paid for it, they send texts to him regarding when they’d like to come to our home and do a check-up on how everything is working. In theory, this is excellent business practice. In reality, they either cancel or just don’t show up approximately 80% of the time appointments are scheduled. I don’t care how great of a product they may have; when they continually do this over and over again, it makes them look HIGHLY unprofessional. The last time they came out to our house, the two guys had major concerns about how our system was running. It was evidently so concerning to them that they asked me to get my boyfriend on the phone (on speaker) to explain it to him, and then felt it was even more important enough to get their supervisor on speaker to talk to me about the problems. There was a big “to do” by them and they assured us they would be coming back on Monday to handle the problems. Imagine my surprise when they didn’t show up or call to say they weren’t coming! They’ve contacted my boyfriend several times since to schedule appointments to come over, but we’re to the point where we have no faith in their word. I’m not wasting my entire day sitting around waiting for them to show up, when chances are, they won’t anyway, and second, definitely won’t have the courtesy to give one of us a phone call to reschedule. The job doesn’t stop once the unit is installed. Follow up is a major part of this kind of business transaction. Nothing positive has occurred since installation. Things come up with schedules, I get that, but when your staff aren’t showing up 80% of the time for scheduled appointments, you, in my opinion, have yourselves a major flaw in your business.

Customer Service is clearly not their #1 Priority!
Recently had an issue with our AC unit that Complete Comfort had installed just 6 years ago. Doing some troubleshooting myself, I had realized the capacitor was the likely cause. When the service tech arrived we discussed the issues I had seen and when they tested the capacitor (a $2-3K cost), it was bad and needed replaced.
However, the unit was still not fully starting up. The tech said it must be the compressor and it would need replaced. Then, another worker had to come out to give an assessment and quote replacement costs. But, they said the compressor could not be replaced and a new unit would be needed, at a cost of $12K.
I reached out to some other companies to get quotes and 1 called back immediately. They said, of course they could just replace the compressor as they are still in use and replacement parts are still made. Their tech also mentioned if a kickstart had been used, but that had not been done, so I said no. He came out immediately to see if that may work and noticed that the new capacitor had been wired incorrectly. He switched the wires to the correct positions and the compressor immediately started back up.
It was clear that the Complete Comfort tech had made a simple mistake, but it almost cost me $12K instead of the $120 service call for the new company. I'm glad I called them and they will be getting my business in the future.

He checked out my AC. I told him it was so loud when it came in. He turned down the flow and now it is so quiet! Thank you!

Complete Comfort has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a service company. My wife and I originally reached out in early 2025 looking to upgrade our AC unit, not because it was broken, but because it was aging. From day one, this company showed how disorganized and careless they are.
They sold us a higher-end residential unit, but when the crew came out, they brought the wrong one, a large commercial grade unit that wasn’t compatible with our Ecobee thermostat. That delayed the install while they scrambled to make it work. THEN, we find out that the unit also wasn’t compatible with our existing heating system, which worked perfectly fine. They pushed us to upgrade the heating system too, even though we had no intention of doing that. Furious doesn’t even begin to describe how we felt.
To their credit, they eventually installed the compatible heating unit for free, but the delay, confusion, and lack of communication were inexcusable. Their support team left the techs completely stranded without the info they needed, and I was left managing conversations with managers that never led anywhere useful.
Now, months later in July 2025, I noticed corrosion on the outside unit, the brand new one they installed. A tech came out and said the issue was due to pinholes in a copper line. I was told it likely wasn’t caused by the installation, but I don’t buy that. This was never an issue before the new unit was put in. Shouldn’t inspecting or replacing external lines be part of a proper install anyway?
Then came the kicker, they quoted me $2700 to fix it. For something that wasn’t a problem before and only started after their installation. I called the tech directly and made it clear I won’t be paying for their mistake. No manager has followed up. No responsibility taken. Just silence.
Don’t make the mistake I did. Complete Comfort talks a good game, but once the work is done, they disappear. Poor communication, poor execution, and zero accountability.
Avoid them.
Update August 1, 2025: I called them after they said to reach out and so far no response from management...

Potential customers beware! We recently had complete comfort come to our house to review a construction project prior to our build. We met with their design specialist to ensure that our plan for our HVAC system would work as intended. They verified that according to our plans and the build that the system would function appropriately and provided us with a quote. We staged the project and had one full system installed for our existing house with a plan to have the second system installed in the addition once it was built. Our initial system installation went well, but we are now having problems with that system and are unable to get a resolution (they are attempting to fix but have not been able to). The larger issue is we called them to begin the second half of the project and now they are saying that what we planned to do and was quoted is not possible it cannot be done and the quote was not accurate. My husband has been trying to contact the manager and/or owner and has made countless phone calls, leaving messages and he is always promised a call back from the manager or the owner. Everyone keeps telling him that they will have “him” call us back, but “he” will not. They will say “I just saw him he will call you right back” yet no call. We have been trying to get someone to communicate with us for weeks so that we can continue our project and not only will they not take our calls they will not return our calls and they refuse to explain why they are unable to do the project as previously stated or honor their initial quote. We are now back to square one having to start over with a new company to try to get this project completed. The customer service and communication has been terrible. They were great while we were agreeing to hire them and when we wrote them the first check for payment but beyond that they will not even speak to us. If they made a mistake we would like for someone to admit to it and just say they made a mistake. The refusal to call us back and lack of communication is frustrating. As long as your project goes well you may be fine but if anything goes wrong they do not have integrity and will not own it or communicate.

This rating is on customer service. I'm sure their pricing is higher than average too. I bought a new hvac system nearly 3 months ago. After 5 calls I finally received my warranty along with detailed receipt. The yearly plan was NEVER DISCLOSED, OR DISCUSSED YET THEY ADDED THAT TO MY BILL. As I stated, I recieved zero paperwork upon completion until 2 days ago. After they came to clean the ductwork around a week later, they siliconed where they shouldn't have, so I could not open to check or change the furnace filter. This seems like Basic knowledge to me. I was told about a rebate and tax write off for the units I purchased. I have Yet to receive any information or correspondence on that.5 plus attempts, over 2 and a half months. Not to mention willfully padding the bill with a maintenance service which was never mentioned or disclosed. That's stealing! Plain and simple
And, No one has ever returned my calls about these issues, ever

I had technician Ezekiel Guerrero review my system and check to make sure my system was working well. We caught some issues early, and were able to resolve them before we had major issues.
Ezekiel was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable of the topic

I had a great experience with Complete Comfort Heating and Air, all thanks to Cameron. From the moment he showed up, he was respectful, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. I had a few specific issues with my system that I’d been putting off — uneven temperatures in different rooms, a strange noise from the unit, and inconsistent airflow. Cameron listened carefully, walked me through what could be causing the problems, and got straight to work.
What stood out the most was how thorough he was. He didn’t just do a quick fix and leave — he made sure everything was running efficiently, even took the time to check areas I hadn’t thought about, and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. He also gave me a few helpful tips for ongoing maintenance, which I really appreciated.
It’s rare to find a technician who takes that much pride in their work. Cameron made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Complete Comfort again — and I’ll definitely be asking for Cameron next time.
