Best car wash I been too. I think free vacuums would put it over the edge. But love this place. I moved recently and saw they were still billing me, they canceled it for me and refunded me with no hesitation.

I checked my car before going through the wash to note various marring/scratches because I wanted to wax my vehicle post wash. My roof had little to no marring before the wash and after going through, the roof is severely marred/scratched. It's unmistakably from the wash. In all the years I've gone to Crew/Mike's I've never had any of my vehicles get this much abuse from a single wash.

Thank you crew car wash for giving us veterans a free wash in honor of Veteran's Day! I come to you guys whenever I get my car washed and I really appreciate getting a wash on that special day.

Had a FANTASTIC experience with the Fishers Crew team tonight! I went to the car wash with my 4 year old and my 3 year old niece for our first sleepover for something fun. I told the women who checked me out about our first sleepover and they drew animals on each girls windows and gave them stickers. They even cheered and said have a fun sleepover when we pulled away. My girls were over the moon excited. The team saw I had sap on my car and said to come back for another wash if there were still spots left. We went back for a second time around and Lucy was so kind checking me back through. Grace and Jackie were waiting with buckets and scrub brushes and hand scrubbed my car before my next wash. Smiles on their faces the whole time. When I got out of the wash Lucy was waiting for me at the end and said she'd be happy to clean the remaining sap off my window with a rag. OUTSTANDING service from Lucy, Jackie and Grace. My kids in the car were so excited for two times through the wash and I was just so blow away by their kindness and dedication to getting my car clean. Thank you Thank you!

The carwash damaged my hood by leaveing a circular swirl mark. Crew denied that their equipment did this and refused to fix it. This is unacceptable, I had my Jeep repainted and never washed since. When we went with my girlfriends jeep we could see the exact spot where this likely occurred due to your cloths motion across the hood. I have only washed the Jeep at your crew twice in the same day. I suggest you reconsider before I make this a small claims court case and a claim with the better business bureau. What evidence do you have to support your conclusion? The Noblesville location has terrible management. The corporate office is even worse. The company charged me a recurring monthly fee that I did not agree to. The location said they could not give me a refund and that I had to contact corporate. They also told me that because I booked online the monthly charge was added. I contacted corporate via email. After 3 weeks I received an email asking for more information, which I sent back. Didn't hear back. It ended up being 2 months before I actually got the refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is the "corporate" location because the headquarters is located adjacent to the car wash. It is probably the best one of them all for obvious reasons. I have never had to wait longer at this location, despite it being in Fishers and the heavy traffic it receives.
