Just moved from Chicago and wanted to find a new CrossFit gym and the HSE community has been so welcoming. Also the workouts have been fun and challenging.

I called about dropping in from another city and Andy was quick to answer the phone, friendly and even told me who was coaching and what the workout was! Once arriving the coach was knowledgeable and friendly! The members were welcoming ! Was a great workout, I’d definitely come back if in the area!
