I dropped into CrossFit Fishers last week while in Indianapolis for work. I spoke with Pam, who was professional and welcoming. She was also the coach for the classes I went to and she gave great tips on form. The gym members were super kind and helpful- I felt like just another member! I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town and I recommend this gym to any drop ins or those new to CrossFit!

Best gym in Indy. Been doing CF for 12 years all over the world and this gym is one of the best! Talented coaches and excellent/welcoming members! Highly recommend.

Joined as a drop-in here for a couple months, everyone has been very friendly! Pam and Troy are great instructors, and offer on point insight. The facility is super clean, and any run out the bay door is an awesome experience!

I loved this place when I when I was a member here. The owners/ coaches are polite professional and friendly. Everyone else is friendly and if your are drop will treat you like a regular. The workouts are logical and follow a progression, the coaches also will work with you if you are unsure how to execute a movement. The facility it's self is well maintained and clean, it also well stocked. There are plenty of weights so you can easily find what you need during a workout. Drop ins are always welcome and the fee nominal compared to some other locations I have seen. If you are a visiting the area or living nearby I would highly recommend this gym.

Pam and Troy are the owners of CrossFit Fishers, but more importantly, they are mentors. They introduced me to CrossFit, and I never thought I would stick with it. 40 pounds lighter, yet stronger than when I started, I will continue this journey, and I'm proud to do it with the owners and awesome members of this gym. The members are fantastic.

The gym is very clean and well organize. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The coach spend extra time helping me today on my Hang Power Cleans and I hit a New PR!! Its a perfect gym for someone who is new to CrossFit or looking to try a different gym. The members at CFF are super nice too!!

Very disappointed in my experience at CFF. On the good side the gym was nice and the members where friendly. On the bad side the trainer (I think she was also an owner, but not sure) she was not very welcoming. She did not have the class warm up at all! We went straight into lifting a barbell. She never showed any of the movements in the workout. I was kind of lost for a bit because I did not know what to do or when. I been doing CF for a while so I knew how to perform the movements, but in terms of when are we starting or do we need to get our stuff ready because the wod starts soon, she never said anything. Even though the website said very clearly to be ontime, because the class starts at the set hour, the class started late and finished late. As if not having a warmup before class was bad enough, we did not have a cooldown either. I know some gyms dont do cooldowns all the time, but damn no warm up and no cooldown??? Specially after the kind of wod that we did! So I saw a bunch of mobility tools in a bucket by the whiteboard and i grabbed one to stretch on my own and the trainer took it away from me because the item was only to be use by trainers! It was a flat lacrosse ball for crying out loud and it was in a bucket with no label or anything that indicated that its not to be used by people. She also was very clear on no one using some new barbells that because deadlifts will damage new barbells!!! It felt like we where a buch of kids that dont know how to do anything and cant take good care of the equipment and she spend most of her energy making sure we did not touch certain stuff. The reason Im taking the time to write all of this is because I dropped in to this gym because I wnated to check it out for some friends that live in the area and do not work out at all. They are married and dont have a lot of things to do I feel like CF can be good for them. I have been telling them that Crossfit is for everyone so I wanted to just buy them a month of basics or whatever. But thats not going to happen in that place. I was so surprised of the way the did things in that gym. Basically if you are new to CF its not a good place to go to. Hopefully they read this an take it as constructive criticism to improve their service.

A year ago this week, I joined Cross Fit Fishers. I joined not with the goal of a New Years resolution but to better myself and make a lifestyle change. At that point in my life I was at my highest high and my lowest low. I had a perfectly beautiful 7 month old baby girl and couldn’t be happier with the life we had created... as for myself I was not happy. I was dealing with a little bit of post partum depression and like most moms felt so guilty and confused even saying thos

I've been going to Crossfit Fishers for about 9 months now. I've been to a few other boxes while out of town for work, but Crossfit Fishers is without a doubt the best I've been to so far. The box is big and kept very clean. The people and atmosphere are especially great. Its a much more friendly and personal environment than I've experienced elsewhere. Pam and Troy are great coaches and fun to talk to. I never would have thought that I would actually look forward to my workouts every day.

CrossFit Fishers is an amazing place! Being curious about CrossFit I decided to go check it out one afternoon after finishing my working out at LA Fitness. From the moment I popped my head in I was greeted by members and staff and made to feel welcome! One of the owners Troy stopped what he was doing to come over and talk with me and answer any questions I had. I immediately set up a time to come back and take the introductory "Foundation Class". It was an amazing workout and I would suggest it for anyone! The coaches Pam and Troy are incredible and take great care to scale everything for your fitness level! CrossFit Fishers it very well appointed with equipment and is kept extremely clean! Again it's a very encouraging and welcoming place everyone seems very helpful and wants you to succeed! I'm having some of the greatest workouts ever and look forward to my next visit! There are lots of people posting negative things about CrossFit on the internet and I think they really don't know what they're talking about, if you've been thinking about it do yourself a favor and stop by CrossFit Fishers and check it out! The owners/coaches Pam and Troy are fantastic and focus on proper form and safety and run a very special place!
