Huge huge thanks to the amazing woman who helped me and my husband on the phone during a crucial moment answered our questions and gave us directions and kept her word by waiting on us so close to closing time. I think her name was Kathy or mariamma but I could be completely wrong but she was closing on Saturday night 1/1/2025 at the fishers cvs off E96th st. you are a blessing and we are so grateful 🙏 for you and your time and patience. Both Pharmacy and Store staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I've never had a negative experience in the 7+ years shopping there. It's really hard to believe the negative comments that others have left because everyone is always so friendly.

Exceptional pharmacist! Every encounter with her has been pleasant, energetic and professional. I also have seen her work circles around the pharmacy techs. Taking calls, running drive thru, all the while going to filling prescriptions. Great job Mrs. Pharmacist!

Until today, this store has been my my go to store for ALL prescriptions for both my husband and I. It is also where I've done my LEGAL couponing almost on a weekly basis for the past 4 years. Tonight I went into the store to do some couponing. It had been almost three weeks since the last time I shopped last. The manager, Kathy, was in the store tonight and made it a point to let me know she could help me over at her register. She asked me if I had more than one order implying that I was not able to use the self checkout. I asked her if this was a new policy and she stated they had a batch of bad coupons come through recently. I was a known couponer there since I was in there frequently shopped there. So I chuckled. I can't count how many times I have personally seen individuals walk right out of the store with products in hand setting off the alarms. I asked them why they didn't say anything to them and was told they are not allowed to per corporate. Wait, what!!!???!!! I'm called out in a store for being a legal componer, but y'all aren't allowed to say anything to someone stealing right in front of your face. Rant over.

Great pharmacy! Always busy and overworked but they get it done as fast as they can. It’s nice to have a neighborhood pharmacy where there are familiar faces.

One of the most disgusting, cluttered, unorganized cvs stores Ive ever seen. 8AM- I entered the store for a few items. Went to the bathroom and its been destroyed by someone who obviously could not control their bowels. One of the most disgusting bathrooms Ive ever been in. I could not even use it. To me the store looks like a hoarders home. Crap stacked everywhere. Floors look like they have not been cleaned in years. This is by far an example of what happens when you hire management that does not care even a little.

Staff very helpful in answering questions. They check to see if your meds have contraindications. Will find a store that may have a med if they don’t have it. I’m very satisfied with their customer service.

Drive thru testing is a joke. They need to get their shht together because it shouldn't take 50 minutes of waiting for a 2 minute test. Just saying. What's the point of an appt when you can't even be seen at that time.
