I went to the pharmacy at at 645 and they was close there was a med that was needed look online and they close at 7 so why was the pharmacy close before time not very happy about this

I like CVS as a company but do not like the location nearest to me. The store does not open until 9 or 10 and closes at 6pm. That is ridiculous and inconvenient for many. There is no reason to close so early, especially on a Saturday. 8 or 9 is reasonable, but 6 just seems lazy to me. I really like the pharmacy as they seem to be the only one that consistently has my son’s medication in stock, so I will continue going there to pick that up. I will have to make sure I get there between 10-6 of course which isn’t convenient. But for everything else, I plan on going out of my way to a further location that has more convenient hours. Love that it’s a minute or 2 away from my house but definitely would like for it to be open at least an hour or 2 later and maybe open by 8.

I enjoy shopping here, as the store is large, clean, well stocked and every employee I interact with is very helpful and pleasant.

This pharmacy is the worst! They are not informative and lack customer service. I can't figure a time I came to pick something up and it wasn't a mishaps. It's truly sad. Crazy I typed this while in line because I knew it would be a mishaps. And boom I get there an issue per usual. They figure it out each time but most times it never should be an issue in the 1st place. SAD!!

Very good experience, Evie was so kind, helpful and professional., it’s amazing how one person in the Pharmacy can make you want to deal always with the same Pharmacy or never go there again but Evie made me desire to have this cvs as my to go pharmacy.

Tonight I show up at exactly 7:56 PM. Not by my watch, but by a satellite clock, so it’s exact. The store does not close until 8:00. I walk up to the door and the lady on the other side locks it on me while looking right in my face 4 minutes before closing time! That’s the second time this has happened to me at a CVS. I cannot imagine why they want to be this insensitive and rude on purpose. They are definitely not into customer service.
