My daughter went here for almost 2 years since she was 1 years old. This place has taught her so much! From learning how to walk, to sign language, to shapes, counting to 20+, her colors, ABCs etc. Of course being consistent with it at home as well. She made friends she was excited to see vice versa when she came to school. All of ger teachers were absolutely great. Only reason we left due to moving out the state. But so far this KinderCare is held high of my standards. We miss you guys and thank you for everything! Thank you Mrs. Michelle, Ms Anita & Ms Adrienne ❤️Thank you to get teachers you're wonderful! Ms. Heidi, Ms Katy, Ms Robin, Ms. Safa and Thank you Ms. Alexis! You guys are amazing!

This is the best facility I have ever taken my kids to. They communicate great with the kids and parents. It is always great to be able to leave my children in their care, and know they will be taken the best care, while I am at work. They care for the kids as their own and it shows and truly makes a difference, in the service they provide.

My son has been at this center since he was 8 weeks old! All of the teachers love him and treat him as their own. The director and staff have been incredible with my son helping with anything that he needs and they make him feel comfortable in the transition to new rooms! This is a great center and great staff!

This center was so warm and welcoming when I had to come to pick up my grandson from daycare, the staff greeted me as I walked through the center. The center was clean very bright and the classroom was clean and displayed work on the boards. This is a great center to all ages.

I started bringing my daughter (1 who is 3 now) and 2 older boys here almost 2 years ago and I loved every bit of it. Staff was always very family like and helpful to my family. My daughters teachers always kept me informed about how her day went, And my sons teachers always made sure they were doing what they were supposed to do. Great place for your children if you want a family style environment

My child was literally there for 3 hours on his first day to try and break him into it and get settled. His mother picked him up laying face down screaming in tears (which he cant do because he is unable to roll back over, and we stressed this)covered in food that was never cleaned from his last feeding. He has not been the same child ever since and I almost guarantee it is directly related to being at this "daycare". And now a few days later a bruise has appeared on his face. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone or their children. If I could give negative stars, I would.

My son has been enrolled at Rainbow since he was 6 weeks old. He loves coming to school. He has so many friends here and caring teachers. I know he is well taken care of by everyone in the building. He loves Ms Regina, she takes care of making sure he eats. He is in his 10th room out of 12 rooms in the building .The management team takes care of the families, children, and staff and do a great job. The staff at Fishers is more than just teachers they are a FAMILY .

I have to start off by saying I dread giving companies poor reviews. But I felt as if I needed to do so. I worked at Rainbow as an aid for less then a month due to being fired under false accusations from a coworker. Ive been in child care for several years now and I can honestly say that there are several staff members that do their jobs to the best of their abilities. And I really didn’t have a problem with anyone in management, except that they did not seem to actually care about their employees needs/concerns. I was not the only employee who felt this way. But with that being said, there are just as many people I worked with that do their jobs very poorly. They are absolutely not invested in the children’s lives. Cleanliness is another huge issue. My very first time stepping into the classroom I worked I noticed that the children’s bathroom was incredibly filthy. I personally scrubbed the toilets finding out later that it had not been done in weeks. My main concern was for the children and trying to make an impact on their lives. I wish things would have played out differently.

Our children have attended Rainbow since October and it has been a great experience. The caregivers are compassionate and truly care about the well being and happiness of our children. The site leadership is amazing and always listens to our needs. My children grow everyday and we are blessed to have them there while we can't be with them!

Please very mindful of this location if you choose to enroll or have your child at this facility. Turnover rate is high. Children are allowed to hit the staff and other children without consequences. "Teachers" are glorified babysitters. Most recent Director was fired. Based upon online research, it appears this location is under lawsuit and due to multiple failed audits from State, they are on probation. "Interim Director" was hardly there when you needed to speak with someone in a leadership role. Regional Manager was quick to pass you off to someone else when you had concerns. There are a lot of choices in child care in the Fishers area. Do your homework and stay away from this location.

My niece and nephew used to go here. This is an AWFUL center and the reason they will NEVER go to childcare again. The management is the biggest joke I have ever seen and cares nothing for the children. They will ALWAYS sacrifice the security and the safety of children to save a few bucks. Children are constantly shuffled around from room to room and teacher to teacher which prohibits them from being able to receive any sort of structure. As someone who used to work in childcare I have seen on multiple occasions employees in a room well over ratio by themselves while there are others standing around up front doing nothing. I have also heard reports of multiple instances of CHILD ABUSE (by an employee) but management “didn’t want to get involved”. Shame on you, rainbow.

This company is out for one thing; to make money for their big shots in corporate. They care nothing about their dedicated employees who are hardworking, and dedicate their lives to this company and the children who attend their facilities. They don't care about building relationships with children, families, and the staff. You might as well drop your kids off at the casino for the day, cause you are going to lose money and no one will think twice about your childrens' needs if it means any loss of cash. This place fires employees who have been with the company for years, and for no reason other than to hire someone else in and pay them less. This company's plan/model is not suitable for childcare; where relationships and trust are necessary foundations.

Note that these reviews are all from 5 years ago ... our family had a bad experience last fall with my almost 3 year old grandson. He became increasingly upset and the staff was about as uncaring about the issue as they could get. His parents are STILL reticient to have him attend preschool.
