These guys took great care of us. I rented a minivan for a last minute trip and they put me in a Pacifica with 5,000 miles on it. It was loaded and made the trip really easy. Derek told us to call him with any issues and if we needed to extend our trip by an extra day, just give him a call. They made it really easy for us and I will plan to rent from this branch in the future.

Anytime I need a rental this is my go to. Had a reservation for a standard SUV for an 8:30am pick up. Traveling to Michigan where snow was expected. They didn’t have the class of car I reserved and offered me a mini van which I declined. They called around and offered a crossover which was listed as a crossover on their website not an SUV. Usually good service here but not this time. Ended up not renting anything.

I rented a vehicle (Nissan Altima) from this location on Christmas Eve due to traveling out of town for what was to be a total of $243 + $300 hold. Once we got on the highway we noticed the vehicle shaking terribly any speed over 65mph and we felt a bit unsafe even driving it. By the time we realized the car wasn’t functioning properly Enterprise was already closed being it was the day before Christmas. Once returned, I advised management (Clint) of the car issue and was told they wanted to make it right and would provide a discount on the rental which would knock off $100. I got home that evening and received a receipt showing I not only didn’t receive the discount on the vehicle but I ended up being charged more than what I was originally supposed to pay coming out to $270 as opposed to the $243 I signed for when I got the car. I had to keep calling and finally received a call back with an explanation for why the charge wasn’t correct and said it would be corrected and I would receive a refund, however, that never happened and that was now a week ago. I will not be returning to this location.

My recent rental experience with Enterprise was not so good. I booked an all-wheel-drive standard crossover (Ford Explorer or similar) and called two days before pickup to request a vehicle with Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC). The representative assured me they would make a note and try to accommodate the request. However, on the pickup day, I was offered an old, worn-out crossover with no safety features. When I mentioned my prior call, I was told there was no record of it and that this was the only available car in that class.
Despite paying for a better vehicle, my only option was far below what I reserved. Fortunately, at the last minute, a vehicle closer in features to my booking became available, though it still lacked all-wheel drive. After a 30-minute wait, I accepted the car and proceeded with my trip, because I had no other options.
This experience was highly frustrating, particularly as I’ve consistently chosen Enterprise for its quality cars and customer service. Unfortunately, recent experiences like this are causing me to reconsider.

I had a reservation for a vehicle because I dropped my vehicle off at the dealership nearby. I walked to this location and upon arriving at the start of my reservation, I was informed they had no vehicles available of what I rented and they wanted to upcharge for a different type of vehicle despite holding a confirmed reservation. They said my only option was to go to another enterprise branch but it’d be likely they would be out of cars too. Don’t waste your time.
