This location has been the worst to deal with. I’ve been trying to switch a car out comparable to what I was driving, and all I get is the runaround from this location. My accident was on January 20 and this is February 2 and they still have not switched out my car. All I have been wanting to do was get something more economical on gas, and similar to what I was driving, which was a Kia forte. And said they’ve given me a Jeep grand Cherokee. I’ve called them four times for a switch out and every time they have done nothing to help me out. I am so frustrated and over dealing with this location. The worst customer service ever!!!!!?

I had an excellent experience with this service center and would highly recommend it to others. The representative went above and beyond, waiting until closing hours on a Friday to assist us. He provided a meticulously clean car and was exceptionally responsive throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service and will be recommending this location to friends looking for a reliable rental experience.

Everything was flawless, Ethan and Corey made sure that I had the right car. They delivered it to me and they answered all of my questions. Enterprise is the only way to go.

They waited for me which was nice but not on the website or on the phone did they tell me you needed an additional $300 deposit. I'm sorry that's what my insurance is for jackass. I'm not paying an additional fees even if they are deposits that are temporary. This is ridiculous and is apparently Enterprise policy at all their locations. So that'll be the last car I try to rent from them!

I had just called them to know the return date of my rental car. When I told my name, then that lady said that you should contact your insurance company ,there is no return date for that car, then i said mam could you please tell me the name of that car which is your system showing with my name because sometime people get confused with same names and one more thing is that when i took this rental car they told me that your return date will be 22 april that's why I asked you to confirm this bit that lady said me do not challenge me in very rude behavior and the name of that lady was jacky i don't kown she told me her right name or not but this my second time with them i am experiencing very good respect from Enterprise rent-rent-a-car and i am telling to every one who ever is reading my review don't deal with them because their worker don't have sence to how to talk with customers and if you upload a review about their owner or maneger just send you a text to tell what happen correctly after that you will don't get any reply or solution moreover if you don't give answer customers questions then why are you sitting there atleast talk them with some respect and i also have all proof of that miss behavior

My sister had an accident so my insurance company "AAA" set me up with an Enterprise rental at this location but we have been trying to get an sedan from last two weeks unfortunately whenever i called them,only 1 suv car was available there even sometime they didn't have that and the main thing is that When I asked them about the mileage they told me that we do not have time to tell it if you don't have time for your customers satisfaction then why you are sitting there and now i will also complain about this to my insurance company

My personal vehicle had to go in for a new catalytic converter as the original one was stolen and so my insurance company (Progressive) set me up with an Enterprise rental at this location (Fishers Indiana). So I called yesterday and they told me I could pick up my rental car this morning but then they call me this morning and they told me they don’t have any cars!!! ? So how am I supposed to get to work??? So I ask to speak to the manager and the rep told me that they sent a message to him… but I haven’t heard from him all day. So they said they would call me at 2:00 and let me know if the car they promised me would be ready at 2:30. Well, of course, no one calls at 2:00 or 2:05 or 2:10. At 2:15 I call I call to see if the car they have a car like they promised me: nope, no car and no apology for not calling at 2:00. I told them to forget it that I was going to go with Hertz.

One of the best car rental customer service we’ve ever experienced. We needed to rent a car for the traveling during the holidays and Ashley called us the night before our pickup to let us know our vehicle was ready early. So kind of her to go out of her way to provide great customer service. Our car was smooth, clean, and new. For a great price. Would definitely rent with them again!
