I suppose we all wish we didn’t need a storage facility. But when you do this is a great one. Great option while going back and forth to college, staging for new flooring, holding things for family retrieval after selling mom’s home. Kind, friendly staff. Clean. Well lit. Secure.

This st Storage facility is clean accessible and very safe. The staff there have been more than accommodating when I had an issue with the lock on the door. I would recommend this Storage facility. It’s in a great place.

After having my monthly rental rate increased by 45% (after 3 months of rental) by Public Storage, I found Extra Space Storage reasonable and helpful to work with in transitioning from a poor experience to what seems to be quite good. Not only did they have a lower rate special going (10' x 20' unit), they will also allow pre-payments to lock in the future rate for as long as the customer wants to pay. I moved my goods this past weekend and everything went well and Emmy was great to work with in the details. Finally, a rational and ethical storage space company!

Customer 7 years. Multiple and frequent price increases, well beyond price quoted on new rentals (mine well more than double). They know it’s a hassle to move out so really take advantage, ignoring any need of loyal customers
