The storage area is clean and secure HOWEVER BEWARE they raise rates often once you have your stuff stored. Over the last couple year my rates have raised 3-4 times and it’s extremely frustrating. They know how hard it is for people to remove their belongings so they feel they can continue to jack the rates up. It feels like a shady business practice!!!

The storage company has great costumer service, and the units are dry and work well. However, we did have a mice problem in our unit even though we did not have food in our unit. They do have traps set up throughout the facility, but im not sure how much those are working. Other than the mouse problem though, they were good.

I absolutely love my unit at extra storage space! The staff is very helpful and always polite as they come around doing Maintenance! The unit is exceptionally clean at all times and makes me feel safe to store my business items! I get this place a five star review. It’s the best storage unit I’ve ever had:)
