I had to ship a death certificate and will. Went to FedEx because I trust the brand and have a long history of satisfaction. Today, I was asked for a drivers license to send my package. I haven't had that asked before because I usually just drop in a collection box or kiosk.
When I asked what the driver's license was for, I was told by the millennial working the register that Fed means Federal. Since they are a government agency, my ID was required to ship with them. When I asked him/her if they were expecting me to believe that I was in a Federal building, they got a little hot under the collar as if I was questioning his/her authority.
Somebody at the FedEx Office store (located at 7800 E 96ty St, Fishers, IN 46037) please do some training with the young person running the register at 650pm 7/11/2026.
When a customer asks for details on a company policy, the best solution is not to lie in an attempt to cover up the employee's lack of knowledge or desire to serve the customer.

I had a really bad experience in this store. Miya, a black woman wearing glasses, was unkind for no reason and responded to me with an angry expression and voice tone. I don't want to think that's because I'm an Asian woman. But I hope you treat customers more professionally with kindness and smile. Otherwise, this woman deserves to be fired.

I needed important documents scanned and waited at the counter just to be told to use the self service kiosk which for an IT person is even confusing and does not work correctly. Then the kiosk still wanted to charge me $20 for 30 pages scanned to a USB. Customer service is non-existent.

I have used this location to print workbooks for a leadership training program that I have offered for the past few years. In the last year or so, they have demonstrated galactic incompetence. Over this time period they have: lost my order entirely twice, failed to follow my explicit instructions, charging wildly different fees for comparable workbooks, missing their completion date commitments, and most recently losing one-half of the PowerPoint slides that were to be printed into my most recent workbook yet printing the books anyway. Obviously I will be disputing their charges via AMEX, but I had to share their gross incompetence it has been truly remarkable. When I think of FEDEX I think of a premier organization. This location is an embarrassment to the FEDEX brand. STAY AWAY!

Terrible service, express delivery never arrives on time (always 3-8 days later). One rep locked the doors and kicked people out before the listed indicated closing time on 07/21. Would not give/recover receipt for purchase made at this location. Always a bad experience.

I have been using this location almost everyday with no problems but I went yesterday and the manager comes out and tells me my boxes are unshippable(diaper boxes that were delivered by FedEx). I asked why and all she kept saying was our standards are different than usps. I took the packages to another location and they took them no problem and they are now on their way. I have worked at FedEx ground for ten years and this female manager is an embarrassment to the company. Apparently doesn’t ship boxes that are in great condition that they delivered to my house? A great business model for losing customers.

Customer service is horrible with an attitude in print area of this location. Went to Staples across street and will use them for ALL future needs.

The service here is extremely disappointing. Customers endure lengthy wait times just to be overlooked and disregarded by both regular employees and even the manager. It's frustrating to witness this lack of care consistently, especially from someone in a managerial position. On multiple occasions when picking up posters, the experiences have been consistently awful, and it's always the manager involved. One instance stands out where the manager claimed they didn't have fedex air bill/shipping labels, which is perplexing given that this is a FedEx location—a shipping company. Despite the inconvenience, I opted to visit another FedEx branch and was able to obtain what I needed, fortunately, since our company maintain an account with fedex.
