After closing on my home in Delaware County Indiana in 2021. This bank (with the unusal name) assumed my mortgage. Unfortunately for me, there are no branches in my county and to establish an online account with only a mortgage presence was insane and nearly impossible with a ATM card and code. Well got thru that with the help of a human only to find that I what I really need to do get an account with ATM card to prevent headaches when I try to pay mortgage online. So I am driving an hour just to open an account. I am not impressed with the service so far wish me luck, kindness and patience.

Just went to their ATM and it was out of cash. What a joke. How could you not stock it?

I have been with 5/3rd for a couple of years.Never have I had some many problems with over draft fees. Yes I'm one of those that use my card if the money isn't in there but I have daily deposit that hit my account thru work and I never go over! So I use my mobile app to see how much I have in the bank and thats how I'm able to spend my money! Well every week I'm getting hit with 37 dollar late fee . Last week I got hit we 72 dollars over draft because I was negative $3.36!!Called and went up to the branch got told 2 different things. So they do have a 5.00 over draft protection fee! But not if its two different transactions! Thats the kicker!! Also this company has a different policy on how things work. Just depends on the person u calling or seeing!! Its crazy!! If you are a person that needs there money rt away I would NOT use this bank. Got told today I need to wait two days after a deposit so I can see how much I have after all my transactions post! So i was like so my available balance isn't correct then? She was like yes its correct! Obviously not if I keep getting hit with your fees!!

I was tired of other banks trying to sell me services that were not in my best interest just so they could get their "points"... I was with chase for 30 years and turn over was a problem because of that same point system. I never had the same banker and I always felt like I had to be on the defense when I went in for a simple transaction. I switched to 5/3 and have never been happier. This is the only branch that I've used and have always had great service and the same banker.

If I could rate it lower I would, attempted to retrieve money from my account messed my deposit up and told me they couldn't withdraw the money. Very displeased. Very unhelpful

I absolutely love this branch. The service here is extraordinary. Kind good hearted people. Always there to help guide you financially. Weather its loans, credit cards, child accounts from before age 16, then student accounts and 18+. Credit management. Sherry, Alan and Andy are awesome. They have added some new faces recently so im just getting to know them. But you can tell they will be great additions to this family. 5/3 @ 116th fishers!

Such poor customer service, solidified why I will no longer bank with 5th 3rd. Stopped into this branch to close my account. I inform the teller, she says a manager has to take care of it and points to an office across the room. I stand in the waiting area, the "manager" rolls his chair over and waves me into the office. He doesn't get out of his chair to greet, nor does he great me, nor does he introduce himself. Not even a hello! Asks for my ID, proceeds to close the account, hands me the cash, and that's it. So no introduction, handshake, or even slight acknowledgement....yea I'll take my banking elsewhere.

This is location consistently has the slowest drive thru! So frustrating - especially with just a simple deposit.
