CarMax sent my car here to have the hood painted - twice. The first time it looked awful and the second time it still looks like amateur hour. I would not use this place. I now have to decide if I want to wrap the car or buy a new hood and pay someone else to paint it.

I have a 2024 Honda prologue. All electric. Brand new to everyone. Took me half a day to even find anyone in central Indiana qualified to work on it after I hit a deer. They did a fabulous job. Of course, there was a delay waiting for parts, but not their fault. The staff is professional & efficient. Taneesha kept me better informed than my insurance company did with regards to my vehicle status. Would recommend& use them again in the future if needed!

Update 2: Found screws falling out of one of the panels they had to remove. This place is sketchy. Thank God the paint both guy is good.
Update: Yup they broke the clip on my bed cover. Not the best people. Quality body work. REMOVE YOUR BED COVER!!! They'll charge you an extra hour's labor and then DAMAGE IT when reinstalling. And it wasn't on the estimate so I'm giving you fair warning, they won't give you that courtesy. Now they want me to take more time off work to take it back in after bending me over on the 5 minutes of labor they charge an hour for. An absolute shame since the actual work was 5 stars. I was so happy before I took my bed cover off and when down this rabbit hole, these people do not respect you, your time, or your property. Paint and body work 5/5, communication 2/5, integrity 2/5.
