Feels like a supermarket from back home in the country, pricier than a lot of places yet worth it to avoid the cold corporate atmosphere most other grocery stores have.Selection of products is incredible and there's a ton of stuff you won't find elsewhere.Extremely robust selection of vegan and vegetarian replacement options and they're everywhere in the store rather than a designated section.

Great store to buy fresh and healthy foods. Store has always been well kept and maintained.

On my visit today, there was only one regular check-out open. There were several self check-outs open. I will not use self check-outs.

I was in there minding my own business and this Thyme walked up to me and started getting fresh. I was flattered, but it wasn't my type.

Great selection of produce and gluten free items. It's my go.to place and the produce guy is amazing. Jill is also great but there's a lot of bad customer service at the check out. Mike and Charlene are grumpy and Mike's difficult to deal with. Stacy was awesome and she quit. I feel that Mike is spoiling my daily excitement for grocery shopping. I will try the location on 82nd more often. Management doesn't do anything about the grumpiness. I even tried handing out Christmas treat bags to show my appreciation to the cashier's.

I like this chain of stores because they carry a wide selection of healthy organic Etc... Lately I have been having trouble with I go to work an hour away in Indianapolis and so I stop by this store on the way to work and I'm usually there you know 15 minutes before close and I'm pretty quick about getting my stuff done but it seems like every time I'm in there I'm kind of forced out. I've noticed before the story even closes they lock the front door they did that tonight it was 5 minutes before the store closed I was done shopping and had finished everything and I was on my way out in the door was locked 5 minutes before the store actually closes. This is quite rude if you ask me. I don't know if it is the crew that is responsible or if it's corporate pressures but they should book people for closing which would include staying over which would include covering whoever gets in the store before it closes. It just seems like customer service takes second or third place... Oh is well this store has like all automatic registers except for one Island which contains two manned checkout Lanes which usually only has one person on it whenever I come in late but maybe that's different during the day. As well I have an issue with that they put their scented candles no matter if they're organic or Yankee candle which contains a bunch of synthetic stuff they put that right next to the water in this place. I understand it might be difficult to find the right place and maybe some people don't think about that but you know you look on these Waters and it says store in a place without a bunch of odor because the seals on these waters are not perfect and they will take on odors flavors from whatever they're stored around if left for a while. I initially wanted to rate because of my experience the past few times I've been in there when it's been somewhat late being shoot out essentially I wanted to give them a lower rating but I think that would be unfair so I gave them three stars... there's room for improvements. As for you know closing and wanting to close I completely get it I've worked retail many times but whenever I've worked retail we've usually you know been expected to honor the customers that have made it into the store I've worked in the restaurant industry the same thing happens - people come in 20 minutes before closing we sigh we don't like it we want to go home but we do our best to put on a nice face and we serve them.

I have shopped at this store since it opened. I had a bag of vitamins which took me a hour to pick and was suppose to pick up by yesterday. I had an emergency and couldn’t pick up. They would not honor the sale after I called this morning. Ugh!!! I guess I will go shopping another plane for my vitamins.

Salmon - CautionIt appears, based upon our recent purchase, that Fresh Thyme is selling salmon that has been treated with dye.Having prepared and cooked salmon dozens of times it became readily apparent. After unwrapping the fish and blotting it with paper towels, I could not help but notice that the white towels had turned bright orangish-pink.I did reach out to Fresh Thyme and while they offered their apologies, the did not deny that the fish had been altered.Disappointing to say the least, frightening to be more realistic. Certainly this causes one to wonder what else they might be doing to their seafood and meat.

Bought a cold pressed drink on 9/2/23. Once I got home (& had a few sips) I noticed it tasted a little strange. I then realized the “enjoy by date” was 8/22/23. 11 days past the date! Pretty gross to me. Please do better with checking your inventory.

Rotten meat - twice within the last month I’ve purchased meat that was rotten, despite being several days before the best by date.Quality of meat and produce has gone downhill since Meijer bought out Fresh Thyme. Prices are much more than other local grocers, and they only open one checkout lane.

Me and my husband shop here often and love it. However, we dread asking the staff for assistance because they always seem somewhat annoyed that we are speaking to them. They are very short with words and not friendly. My husband stopped by a few days ago around 8:15pm and they do close at 9pm. Around 8:30pm they got on the loud speaker to announce they would be closing in 30mins which many stores do. But again, they seemed bothered by him shopping 45mins before close. He was out by 8:45pm so it's not like he waited until the very last minute to checkout. I could understand their frustration if he came in at 8:50pm and was still shopping after the store closed but that did not happen. It's unprofessional and a bit intimidating to act like a customer is an inconvenience because they are shopping for groceries 45mins prior to closing. I'm not sure if we will be back to the Fishers location because of this.

Love the store but the prices are absolutely insane. $3.19 today for a 7up 2liter. $5.49 for Overweis 1/2 gal fat free milk. No need to accost the general public for groceries. You can make a profit and have return customers while not taking advantage of them. Do better!!

Overprice products. Clean store but a little expensive. And parking lot don't have security camera. A one year ago someone on parking lot was broke front window on my car. So expensive was shopping for me. I prefer shopping in other stores.

They have a product Real Salt that I needed and my Amazon order won't be in for a few days. Picked up some fresh meat while I was there. Enjoy that store.

If you’re seizure prone, concussive, have brain injury, or a brain condition of any sort: This location always has one or two large industrial lights flickering in the area of the supplements, cosmetics, alcohol aisles.I’ve talked to the employees here, unfortunately they are powerless to do anything about it. One of the employees told me that they’ve brought it up to the supervisors multiple times and nothing gets done. They’ve also told me that several other customers have complained. They’ve got a serious lawsuit coming if someone gets a seizure in their store— let any entity use this review in court as evidence that the flickering lights and the medical gravity of the situation has been brought to their attention multiple times by customers, and that employees have claimed that supervisors are aware, and that they have neglected their duty to fix it.
