I was scrolling on my Next Door app one evening and came across Cindy's post and read some of her reviews. Out of curiosity, I clicked on her link, and I am so glad I did! I watch my 1-year-old granddaughter most of the week, and although she keeps me VERY active, I was at my heaviest weight. I couldn't figure out how this could be happening when I wasn't eating a copious amount of food, and I was constantly moving every day. I was always tired and my entire body ached ALL THE TIME! I had tried all the diets and exercise in the past but had never been to a personal trainer. I really had no idea what to expect. On the day I signed up she did an assessment and she pointed out all the things that were causing my issues. She told me if I stick to her plan, that would all change. I am here to tell anyone reading this, that she nailed it! Cindy is not only a personal trainer, but she is also a coach, a cheerleader, an expert in nutrition, sometimes a "therapist" and even offers occasional "comic relief" all of which made me more comfortable. Her gym is very clean, private, and spacious. The eating guide she gives and recipe ideas are amazingly simple and doable, even for the busiest of people. Her workouts and eating plan have made huge improvements in my strength, sleep, energy and my body aches have improved immensely. I am finishing my final week and have a little more weight to lose to hit my goal, but she has given me all the tools to continue this journey on my own. The one-on-one time has been invaluable! Cindy was exactly what I was looking for - someone to simply TELL ME WHAT TO DO to get into shape! She has a total food plan and helps you along the way. Plus, the cardio and strength plan is like no other I've tried! I'm reaching my goals and I feel great! Plus she has fun tips and tricks for looking and feeling your best. If you are "stuck", Cindy is your gal!

If you need a reboot for weight loss, health, energy or strength this is the place to go. Personal one on one sessions in a wonderful private work out space. Cindy is committed to help you meet your goals. She will push you, encourage you and praise your efforts. All a very positive outlook and experience. I signed on for the 3 month session and now feel in control of my health and fitness journey. This hands down beats any gym membership or boot camp that I know of!

Cindy is a great trainer. I am extremely pleased with the results she helped me achieve. I feel much better, my posture is greatly improved, and my energy level is higher. Because of my increased core strength, my performance and endurance as a sporting clays competitor has improved. Thank you Cindy!

There is a reason why Cindy consistently gets 5 star reviews from EVERYONE!!! Hopefully my review will assure you that hiring her is THE BEST investment in your health. If you are anything like me, you might have hesitated to sign up for a package or extend one, not wanting to waste your money for another weight loss thing that brings mediocre or very little results. I still can't believe how hard this woman works to help me. Within a month of going to Cindy's sessions I signed up for a year package. Wow and am I seeing the results!! I wanted to write a review because here's 4 things I wish I understood from reading her reviews: 1. Cindy was not a personal friend of mine. (I was skeptical if the people writing the reviews were her friends, doing her a favor or were given some kind of discount) Not the case. I swear this woman can transform any sluggish stubborn overweight body. 2. To call Cindy just a fitness trainer is highly inaccurate. She is an absolute genius in this field!! Imagine a personal trainer, physical therapist, nutritional expert and private cooking instructor. I mean this is what she has been doing for me. A lot of reviews mention that she helps them with the timing of eating. But I think it should be mentioned that NUTRITION (what to eat - and by the way you cannot guess what it should be) is the secret and the foundation of her instruction. I don't have any cravings anymore and I definitely don't binge because I'm starving. 3. Her program is SUPER EASY and I can't believe simple efforts are getting HUGE results. Maybe I thought this would be boot camp and a restrictive diet. (Believe me I've tried all of those with disappointing results). Instead it has been eating WAY more food, NEVER having cravings, and painless exercise with very little investment of time. Totally sustainable!!! 4. Say goodbye to cellulite dimples, dents and saggy skin!!! I have lost 20 or more pounds on my own in the past, but my skin still looked lumpy on my butt and legs. I am blown away that this has gone away in the first few months of trying Cindy's method. OMGOODNESS thank you!!!!! :) Seriously, I wish I met Cindy 20 years ago and avoided much anxiety about weight loss and deteriorating health. In my 30's I hired nutritionists in California, Chicago and New York. That was super sad I wasted all that time and money flying around the country. I am blessed that I moved from the East Coast and ended up 5 minutes from this woman!!!!!! If you live anywhere in the vicinity, I wouldn't hesitate to go to her. She will HEAL your body and it will start releasing the fat. I am 50 years old now, but I am still getting unbelievable results. Even my weekly migraines and digestive complications have disappeared. Actually, that means far more to me than the weight loss.

My wife and I decided early this year we were tired of messing around and needed to seek help to get to where we wanted to be as it relates to our health and fitness. Being in our sixties we have tried a lot of different things. Right before we almost signed up with a remote coaching service, we found Cindy online. Thank God we did. To think you could accomplish what we have with Cindy via Skype and text would be impossible. Cindy is a lovely, friendly, charismatic person and an EXCELLENT trainer! As a petite woman looking for woman trainer who would understand my needs, I found her by chance and I am SO glad! She understood my goals and made sure I was doing EXACTLY what I needed to be doing to make progress. Every hour with her has been incredibly valuable to me. Cindy will not waste your time. She gets right down to the workouts you need to be doing, down to the exact little muscle you need to be using in every exercise. She stresses proper form and being aware of your muscles so that you get the most out of every exercise. Cindy really understands body mechanics and she will make sure you do too.I also really appreciate that she stresses eating REAL food over "diet" products. I never felt like I was depriving my body of anything with her food plan. In fact I felt more fueled than anything while my weight dropped off fast.Cindy is a gem of a personal trainer and an awesome person to know! I am so glad I have two more months with her and I definitely hope to buy more!

SO glad I signed up with Cindy! At 64 yrs.old, I've been in the gym all my life doing cardio and strength training. I felt like something was missing as I was not seeing any true results: energy, firmness, health gains. In fact, I had developed an auto-immune issue and was basically feeling kind of crappy both physically AND mentally. I saw Cindy at Planet Fitness and recognized her from a gym we both used to be at, and decided to chat her up briefly. After talking to her about what she helped people with, I looked at her website and knew I needed a solid change in nutrition and learning how to exercise correctly... along with better overall mindset and wellbeing. Her clients before and after pictures were amazing and I wanted that for myself. I initially signed up for a three month course, but knew within a week I needed the five, so I upgraded! (I also grabbed another five month package to push through until the holidays!) WOW, she knows and shares so much knowledge on ALL OF IT. Eating/Strength/Lowering Inflammation/Breathing correctly/Healing/Mindset. She's like your very own personal trainer, nutritionist, life coach, healer, comedian, and... friend. She truly cares about me and my successes and helps me learn things I never knew before about the body and mind. Cindy's eating guide is very simple to implement and maintain. She explains why what you're currently doing is inflaming your system, and then the tools and skills to start treating your body better. Like she says: "Your body is not a dumpster to set on fire daily, so stop treating it like that." Since staring, I have easily shed body fat and gotten my muscles stronger and firmer! Oh, my husband has also lost a bunch of body fat since implementing her food guide! Bonus! She answers all questions with kindness, honesty and humor. If you think you know how to strength train - trust me- you don't. (that's for women AND men!) She will 'tweak' your exercises so they actually DO something. She's helped me learn how to strengthen without bulk and without injury and quickly see and feel results! She explains things which helps me understand. Effective and efficient is her motto and she means it! This has been the best investment in myself and I feel like I'm finally succeeding and getting the results for all my efforts. If you're searching for a personal trainer and nutritionist, you can stop looking now because Cindy is the best of the best. Here's why:I've been working with Cindy for roughly two months so far, and I can honestly say that she has changed my entire life. I didn't realize how little I knew about nutrition until she spelled it out for me with her nutrition guide and weekly guidance. I now know when to eat, how much to eat, and what to eat. It's been an empowering learning experience. In such a short amount of time, I've gained energy, strength, knowledge, and confidence. And, when it comes to fitness, with each session, I feel myself getting stronger. Cindy is the BEST personal trainer around town in my opinion! She is extremely passionate in making significant changes in all of her clients! She is always there for you and wants the very best for you! Cindy takes time to listen to each of her clients, and she creates individualized plans and goals for each of them. Cindy promotes complete wellness for her clients at all times!I am extremely thankful and fortunate that a friend recommended me to her. Even though I had always stayed active playing sports and participating in group fitness classes at the gym, I knew something was missing. From the beginning, Cindy listened to my questions and always responded in an uplifting and informative manner. She encouraged me to eat healthier foods and helped me with properly timing my meals. Also, Cindy helped build my confidence in strength training so that I would feel more confident heading to the "big girl and boy" gym area! My strength building workouts with Cindy always flew by quickly because they were so much fun! Before I met Cindy, my workouts were not structured, my eating habits were all over the place, and I was not losing any weight on my own. Cindy’s program is exactly what I needed. Her nutrition guide is easy to follow on when you should eat and what you should be eating. With Cindy’s guidance I also learned how to target specific muscles and how to properly workout without being so sore the next day that I can’t move. She walks you through how to do the correct movements for the most effective and efficient workout. With her training and support I'm happy with my progress over the last couple months. As a male in his seventies, I had developed a lifetime of bad habits. I slept too little; I ate the wrong food at the wrong time; exercise was sporadic and either an obsession or, more often, non-existent. I knew it was in my best interest to make a lifestyle change. I knew what I wanted to do but didn't know how to approach the lifestyle I wanted to create. After doing some research and seeing results individuals were getting by working with Cindy Sams, I decided to work with Cindy. As a result of that decision, I have made a significant lifestyle change. I sleep more, I have learned what to eat and when and I have worked with Cindy 3 days a week for the past 4 months. I have lost 25 pounds, feel better both physically and mentally and have learned a lifestyle that is not difficult to maintain. Cindy has shown me the path to a better lifestyle and has motivated me to follow the path.
