My father's passing was not planned and swift; therefore, I made a first call to Jim Shirley early in the morning and from that point forward, I had nothing to worry about. They immediately onboarded my father and setup a convenient time for me to come in to their Fishers location to meet with Alan and work out the details. Alan was very professional, while being down to earth and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. There was absolutely no pressure for any services, he tactfully captured my father's wishes and handled all the rest.
