Pat called me Friday and scheduled an estimate appointment for Monday the 29th at 930, but an hour before the appointment he texted me and says he has a full schedule, and could get me in sometime in the afternoon. This place is a waste of time. I told him that I would go with another company. Actually, I put a brand new sliding glass door in myself.

Had an emergency broken window come up right as I was about to list my house on the market. Not only was Bob able to get my window pane replaced in quick order, but his prices were also very affordable. Will 100% be returning to Glass Express for my future window needs.

Requested a quote for two pieces of glass through website Oct 10. Never got any confirmation so I called a few days later. Person who answered confirmed they received my request for quote and it was sent to the owner. Followed up again a few days later. Has been 3 weeks, no quote, no communication from Glass Express. Btw, I am a former customer. Do not recommend this company.

From start to finish--a big thumbs up! I called and the receptionist eased me through the process of the estimate. Bob came out and did a great job measuring and letting me know what my options were. After about two weeks the glass arrived, and I was promptly called to schedule the installation of the glass. The technician was professional and friendly! From a price perspective, Glass Express offered me the best deal. I highly recommend them for your home or commercial business. Now, I don't hope I need their services again, but if an accident happens it's good to know they are there!

Very Affordable, really nice and professional employees to talk to! And they even expedited my order due to a wrong measurement on one window and having our home inspection the following week!! We couldn't believe the difference in our windows after they were replaced! I don't know why we waited so long! The young man even cleaned the window next to it , he was so polite and kind!! I will definitely use them again!

Gave a price to do a job. It was to be completed middle of July. They wanted to then do it the 1st of Aug. Finally came out on the 25th of July and said they couldn't do it. Waited all day on Friday for owner to call us but never did. Finally talked to installer and he said it would take more work so he couldn't do it. We had no choice but to get it done else where since we are closing on the house. Very unprofessional.

Horrible,horrible place!!!!! - if you want to wait forever and want the worst service, no call backs, being placed on hold forever, then this is your place. Do yourself a favor and take my advice - take your business to Cooks- no matter how long they estimate it will be you will get your service much quicker and the job will be done right. The reason I did not give them zero stars is because the system would not allow me to leave a review if did. they need to be out of business-Express glass should be named forever wait glass service. I give you guys two thumbs down in every respect.

Marilyn was so friendly and professional on the phone, the quote she gave me was 1/3 less than the competitor's quotes. I was kept well Informed of the process, time lines, etc. Joe, the technician showed up on time, was pleasant and efficient. He replaced my two window panes in less than an hour. Great job and thank you, Glass Express, especially Marilyn and Joe!!

Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. Was told twice that someone would call me back to set up a time for an estimate.....still waiting over 24hrs later. I would rather cut my hand trying to replace the window myself than use this company

Didn't call, didn't show. We (Glass express and I) scheduled an appointment to have Bob come out to do an estimate for window repair. The appointment was at 1pm on Tuesday. The appointment was made on Monday the day before. 1 pm came and went. I called dispatch and spoke with Marilyn. She is a pleasant person. She contacted Bob and explained to me that he was at another job but she would have Bob get in touch shortly. After another call to dispatch and more waiting Bob called at 1:30. He would be right over around 2 pm. Unfortunately, that was outside of the window of time set aside for the estimate. This not only communicated that the customer's time was of no value but also my staff's time who was paid to meet Bob at 1 pm.
I know everyone has bad days. However, I felt no to very little effort was made to rectify the situation. The attitude was border line oh well... Maybe they are the only glass repair business in the greater Indianapolis Metropolitan Area. We will see as I will be seeking another company to repair the 10+ double sided windows (which were of no value to this company).
A simple business practice is if not actually doing appointments is to give a window of time and contact the next person 1 hour before arrival within the window of time. The lack of communication and oh well attitude frankly are all too common and disturbing.
