I think the staff and the "franchisee" may benefit from a class in customer service. Very condescending when handling a situation that I brought fourth. Not upset that the item wasn't exchanged, just feel that it could have been handled better and with more tact. Congrats on your two franchises by 21 but I would suggest strengthening the relationships you have with your customers.

Normally service is great, today the employee at 547pm wasn't helpful, didn't offer a receipt, and was more worried about his phone than ringing up my purchase

It's 10:17am, supposed to be open @10am and the doors are locked and no one is inside. Very disappointed and this is not professional nor is it acceptable. Will not be coming back

The store door was locked at 1530 hrs on Sunday April 14th. Hours posted indicated Store should have been opened. I tried calling several times and it went to a voicemail that said the voicemail Box has not been set up. Looked in the window didn't see any kind of emergency going on nor a sign on the door. I was not the only one there at that time trying to gain access.

This location is family owned so they are able to always give the best prices and best deals! They always have samples and are super knowledgeable! I actually drive out of my way and pass two other Gnc locations just so I can shop at this one.
