They don’t have changing rooms, you can’t try if clothing actually fits you!
They say, that you suppose to buy clothing first, and then try at home if it fits you!
Plus everything there is so overpriced, considered that they get it for free!
Do not recommend this place.
Don’t go there!

This goodwill is amazing! I always find good things here from clothes to shoes to even home goods. Every time I go they always have nice, brand new looking couches for unbelievable prices! This is also my go-to spot if I ever need a formal dress. I’m not kidding they always are stocked full of very nice, name brand formal dresses and some that are even brand new still with tags!! This goodwill is a hidden gem for sure. The only thing I would say could improve is the staff could be a little friendlier, I know it’s a lot of high schoolers maybe even early college kids but still.

If I could give zero stars I would. The workers refused to help us and just stood there ignoring us and laughing at us, I’m not sure if it was because of my size or my race but I felt extremely uncomfortable and will not be returning which I’m sure they will be ever so happy about.

Had a half used bottle of soap priced at $3.99, not sure how it’s even sanitary or legal to sell something already opened let alone bath & body works half used bottle for $3.99, who in the world is pricing these things? Or even allowing half used donations?

I came with my daughter today and she is little bit black, so the issue is that the girls who works here was so bad with her for her skin tone. That sucks if you don’t want to have a bad experience don’t come here!!!

Bad experience I went with my daughter and my entire family and received from 2 cashier employees, 2 girls, one with black hair and red, white skin and a robust build. They verbally abused my daughter, the girls are racist and xenophobic... which I saw in a very bad way and I had to defend my daughter... and tell the girl to keep quiet for that reason these 2 girls banned me from entering that establishment for future purchases. It really seems to me a lack of respect and a lack of professionalism how these 2 women insult and mistreat clients... people like them should not work in that place...

This is one of the best Goodwill's I have been in. I wish I lived closer! The dressing rooms are closed.

My husband and I had purchased quite a few clothing items on 7/3. We returned the ones that did not fit on 7/5. The clerk said 2 of the shirt’s colored tags did not match what was on the receipt so she could not refund the money- store policy. All the men’s shirts were the same value. The next day I noticed she not refund me the money for 2 pairs of jeans I returned. Please check your receipt before leaving the store to make sure they rang it up correctly. Make sure to check your return receipt to make sure they refunded (on the Goodwill card) the correct amount. I think I’ll be supporting Wheeler Mission or Salvation Army instead.
