Not the best goodwill ive been in. Small selection of everything from clothes to the merchandise in the back. I probably wont put this on our normal rotation.

This used to be my favorite goodwill now prob one of my least favorite. The prices have gotten absurd sometimes more than retail prices. It’s sad you receive all these items for free & the prices you are charging. I used to be able to dig through & find Nike cheap. Now I can get a stained Nike pair of pants for $9.99+. I loved shopping on color of the week Sundays nope way to good of a deal. It’s sad greed has got the best of it, but they definitely ask for you to donate your change at the register.

Good prices but not as many options as I would like.

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Out of the kindness of our hearts my family chose this location specifically to donate our personal family belongings that have been with us for years.
We were SHOCKED by how the manager treated us, absolutely embarrassing us in front of others saying our items weren’t a good fit .. RAISING HIS VOICE & getting in my moms face 😳
*manager was bald & had THEE WORST attitude
Take your belongings to a location that will ACTUALLY appreciate them—not make you feel bad & embarrassed in front of others!

A lot of Goodwills are getting overpriced. This one on 116th & Olio is VERY overpriced.

I would probably rate higher if they didn’t have 6 people behind the counter doing absolutely nothing and a group of girls in the corner laughing instead of working

If you are donating clothing to this location, please remove new tags. They will hike up the price so high if the clothing still has tags on it. I miss the days we’re going to the thrift store was an affordable alternative, but with their prices these days you might as well buy new items at Walmart or target for the same price. $50 for a dress with tag still on it is outrageous. The only reason I’m giving it two stars and not one is because the staff there is always friendly, but whoever controls the prices Should stop gouging their clients for items they receive for free.

Seriously crazy expensive goodwill when all the others are reasonable. $10 for a 6 year olds pair of shorts because they are under armor or addidas. You can go to the outlet and get new ones cheaper. Whoever is in charge of pricing here should take another look. These things are donated. Someone who can’t afford things should get better prices.

The price of everything here is INSANE. Looked at a purse & it was so expensive, dirty & not vacuumed out and the handles were all damaged for almost $50 ? goodwill wants the prices without any of the actual work to clean things. I can’t believe how much they price gouge for things that have been donated for FREE.
It’s unreal. Especially since they don’t clean anything. The items are disgusting. ?

Can't believe how expensive everything is getting when it's donated for FREE! $4.99-$9.99 for shirts they got for free seriously? No wonder every Goodwill is overflowing with stuff especially clothes. We always went in and came out with a bunch of stuff a few years ago when it was reasonably priced. Now it's actually the same price as going to a store and buying a lot of the stuff new especially if you go to a discount store like Ollie's or Gabes. Also, a lot of their books are now $4.99 for books donated for FREE!

The shirts are placed on the hanger and then the neck is stretched out and wrapped around the end of the hanger. It is awful. You can’t see the structure of the shirt at all. I would understand if it was done on the ones that would fall off but 70-80% of them are this way. I have a broken arm so it is literally impossible to untangle every shirt. I left.

They have started putting tops on hangers so you can no longer see brand or size label. You have to unwrap it from hanger. I believe it is to keep them from falling off hanger but other Goodwill wrap a rubber band around hanger so that brand tag and size tag still show and tops stay on hanger. They also mark up Tommy Bahama and White House Black Market brands to $14.99. That is crazy high for used clothes and some with pilling or stains. I know they are located in an affluent area but maybe forgot who their clientele is. Why mark things up so high when you purge things after 5 weeks and they get sold at Goodwill Outlet or go to another location and sold for way less. Why not try to get them sold in your location? Question of the day.

Books are very overpriced. No dressing rooms and no real returns. You just get a gift card if something doesn't fit.
