I didn’t get the haircut I asked for the stylist refused to make the adjustments I requested and ignored my instructions about keeping it symmetrical, even after I asked twice. The fade was cut far too high when I specifically asked for a medium fade. On top of that, she gave me attitude when I politely asked her to fix it and kept doing random things that didn’t improve the result. If the owner or manager sees this, I strongly suggest reviewing your employees’ work more carefully, because the quality and professionalism are seriously lacking.

Most of the time it's a decent Great Clips haircut. A few of the employees like to take it upon themself to cut my sideburns without asking. At least ask a guy how he wants them before you go cutting them! I will say something BEFORE it happens again. At the time I'm like why bother they are gone now.

I use this location every month for my haircut. I have been going there for well over a year. Telia does a great job and does it efficiently. She is the best! There are always people lined up to have her cut their hair.

The only great clips I'll ever go to and this one I'm particular is up there at the top when it comes to to good reliable barbers/salons. There are several good stylists in there, but the one that has given me good cuts consistently to the point of me asking for her every time is Jane. Not only is she good at cutting my hair, but shes an awesome person and so fun to talk to so it makes the whole experience even more pleasant. I can't speak for females but shes excellent at cutting mens hair. Some other honorable mentions are the manager, Talia(sorry is I spelled that wrong) and Drevon so consider yourself blessed if they cut your hair and rest assured your gonna look awesome

Was told to come in I was next on list. Then stylist took a woman walk in that wasn't on list before me and my time moved back 20 minutes. Left and won't return.

I went in about a month ago and had Jane...one of THE BEST haircuts I've ever had in my life. I kid you not. I told her I had a special event coming up soon and told her to work magic...which is exactly what she did. I think I've found my permanent place and person to cut my hair. Thanks so much Jane!

I went in with high hopes when I saw they offer kids cuts however the stylist was not at all friendly with my child. The male stylist raised his voice with my son multiple times and was visibly annoyed the entire time he was cutting my child’s hair. Him raising his voice repeatedly made my five year old son even more nervous and upset. It was so inappropriate I had to tell the stylist that my son had autism and a sensory issue with the hair getting stuck in his collar to which the stylist said “okay I get where you’re coming from but I’m not blowing him off every time I make a cut”. Truly am so disappointed in the experience and will not be back.

I've been getting my haircut from Jane for just over two years now and she is hands down the best at this location if you want a gray haircut as for her and she will do an amazing job!!

None of the stylists cleaned or sterilized their combs or scissors in between clients. Absolutely unacceptable and filthy. My hair cut also needs to be fixed, very blunt and uneven.
