I like the man you have at this facility and also appreciate that the same man has been there for my last several cuts, not like the previous 12 years where every time it would be a different gal. To be clear, I would also likewise appreciate the same gal each time. The negative: pricing had gone up tremendously.

The young lady doesn't take time to cut your hair. She is too fast! 3mins(no exaggeration) and she was done... She is trying to only make money and quantity not quality. Absolutely not professional!!
Take your time and do good job for your customers so they return which is good for the business and your tips.

Stay Away! First for some reason they have 10 bays and maybe 1-2 people working whenever I've gone there so plan on waiting a minimum of an hour.
I wasted 10 minutes today and drove over there to find a sign on their door stating they would now be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays???????? I've got to be honest, I've never seen that before for a Franchise type business. What it tells me is they cannot staff up for whatever reason or don't want to. What they're missing is the opportunity cost and subsequent lost revenue from this course.
Very sad to see a business that was once great fall to such a state of disrepair. I for one will never go there again and I encourage you not to waste your time. I can tell you with unequivocal and absolute certainty you will have a frustrating negative experience.

As some others have noted they will cut your hair how they want not how you want. While I was there the employees were all talking about their cut times. The computer tracks their average time per hair cut and they are strongly incentivized to get the shortest time possible. So if speed is important to you go here. if you want a say in how your hair is cut go elsewhere.

Do not let the Asian lady cut your hair! I asked for a light trim and leave 4 inches on top and use a 6 guard on the sides. After my hair was 2 inches on top and 4 on the sides overall don't go here. Also it look 30min and still looked awful

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Didn't listen to the haircut I wanted. Buzzed parts of my hair that shouldn't have been buzzed, very lopsided, and hair done extremely unevenly. Not worth a penny. Never going back.Service: Haircut
