I arrived and was asked to sit and wait with no attempt to check me in. A moment later, a pair arrived and were checked in ASAP with no online appointment by a Karen type stylist who had no idea there was a queue.So much for excellent customer service. Never use this branch even if your life depended on it.Service: Haircut
