Prescription was not ready until 14 business days after it was first submitted by doctor and after contacting them multiple times to finally get it marked at urgent. If unable to fulfill prescriptions in a timely manner, I should have been notified so I could make an informed decision around missing doses or taking it to another pharmacy.

Never had any issue but I called today 3/20/25 on my mail order Rx and they say that they are training new staff so that service will improve. That's is the reason for the delay.. I ordered 6 days ago but my Rx still is not made/ready (Compounded) nor mailed. I thought it would arrive Saturday or today. Bummer.

I really liked this pharmacy for the 1st year. Everything was great, prescriptions were filled in about a day and the people were nice. Around Dec 2024 my prescriptions have taken 4-5 days and they’ll prioritize when I call but I shouldn’t have to call. I asked what changed and why all of a sudden it takes so much longer and was told that nothing changed except around Christmas USPS lost a bunch of their prescriptions so they were busy remaking but it’s March now. They know something has changed because they leave the below message when you order by text.
“ . . . *Sending multiple texts and calling regarding status will only add to the wait time. Please do not leave multiple requests as it may result in duplicate orders. The lab will notify you right when your prescription(s) is ready. Your patience means faster responses and shorter wait times! Thank you!*”
Probably going to switch to Geist Pharmacy. I wish I didn’t have to but waiting this long when I don’t have to somewhere else is pretty ridiculous.

Not sure what’s been happening lately but there has been a significant delay in meds getting mailed. I ordered my meds 15 days ago so I wouldn’t have a lapse, especially with the mailing system and I called today and it still hasn’t shipped. If I hadn’t called, I’m sure it still wouldn’t have shipped. They used to be really good and now the delays are getting ridiculous.

Poor customer service and lack of basic communications. Tried for a week to get an rx filled. They would say they didn't receive rx from the doc, who called and confirmed. They even called the doc back to say they had it. When I showed up, they said they didn't have it. Additionally tried multiple sms interactions to no avail. So after a week I'm going some where else and pulling my other family rx there also. Get organized, keep track of rx, answer the phone or if you ask for sms, keep track of messages!

I'm VERY disappointed in my most recent experience. My doctor faxed you my prescription on Wednesday, January 15th. On Thursday morning I called you and was told that you had not received it. So I called my Doctor's office again that Thursday morning and they said that they would re-fax it immediately. I then called you back later that same afternoon and was told you had indeed received the prescription on Wednesday and the first person I spoke to was mistaken. You told me that my prescription was already "in process" and that for some reason your system didn't send me an "in process" text message. On Friday, January 17th, you charged my credit card on file (which I can EASILY prove). I didn't get a text on Friday that my prescription was ready so I assumed there was a glitch with your system again. On Monday, January 20th (today), I asked my wife to stop by on her way home from the gym to pick it up, since you had told me on the previous Thursday that it was "in process" and you had charged my credit card the previous Friday. When she stopped in, your staff proceeded to chastise her in front of other customers that my prescription was not ready and that no one should stop by to pick up a prescription before getting a text that it was ready. You then proceeded to blatantly LIE that you had just charged my credit card this morning, which I can EASILY disprove. You charged my credit card on Friday, January 17th, and this is indisputable. This is TERRIBLE customer service and both my wife and I will consider using a different compounding pharmacy in the future. You are NOT the only game in town!

They very seldom answer the phone. I actually had to go there to refill my script because I needed a 60 day supply because we were going out of town for 2 months. I told them we were leaving on a certain date. I was assured I would have it the day before. Well here it is the day before and I have not received any notice that it is ready and no one is answering the phone. I’ve only been using them for 2 months and I am thinking about changing doctors if this is the best they can do.

After years of purchasing injectible medication without problems, an unopened vial I had on the shelf for 11 months and 10 months ‘til expiration, was cloudy and had solids like cotton floating in it. When I called the pharmacy I was told by a tech unwilling to identify herself, to call the manufacturer. I told her that they were the manufacturers customer and they should replace the vial for me. I spoke to “Olga” the pharmacist explained to me she didn't know how it had been stored, even though I told her, it was unopened in the original packaging sores in a dark place apparently she did not believe me or care, then became belligerent and told me what the original tech said. Having been in retail and commercial sales I find this “too bad so sad” customer service unforgivable. When you sell a customer a bad product it should be replace it.

It's unfortunate that I have to get my medicine from Greenleaf. I have to call four or five times before someone answers the phone. I understand everyone is busy but nobody should have to call multiple times before someone answers the phone. I will be speaking with my doctor about finding another provider.

I just checked on my delivery. It is coming to Greenwood, IN from Fishers, IN via a shipper called Auctane Endicia that uses USPS. After several days it is presently in Detroit, Michigan! The staff is kind but probably overworked since phone calls ring for a long time before someone answers. The product is always great quality. GreenLeaf seems to be at this point where they will either grow and fix their issues or continue to struggle. I hope they make it. Blessings!

I never heard of this place before my provider sent me here to fill my hormone prescription. Their service is awesome. I have never been there because they make the online processing so easy and ship right to my house. They are quick and accurate and very reasonable price.

Great Compounding pharmacy!!! Quick turnaround, and has stuff hard to get at a normal pharmacy! Friendly and helpful staff at every visit!!!
