Called these guys to get a quote on labor cost for a heater core replacement. I’ve got the heater core just needed the labor, but apparently they don’t have their customers sign a waiver to exempt them from all liability of Part failures like some mechanic shops do when I asked why don’t they… he replied because of cost. So basically they wanna overcharge you for a part that you could buy online for maybe 90 bucks to 100 bucks even less than that, and they wanna charge you for a OEM part that’s gonna run your over $200 and then their ShopRate Is $130 and they don’t go based off the book they go based off of the mechanics experience so that mechanic could take four hours to do the job but the book only says that the job only takes two. This place is a rip off and they are only there to get your money, don’t go to places like this!

I was driving around the corner from there when my Jaguar started acting up. I stopped in, no appointment and they were able to diagnose my timing chain issue the next day. Their communication was excellent and they came in just under the estimate. She is running great, I appreciate your work. I highly recommend!

I’m very disappointed!
I came in for air conditioner problems. Hash took my key never came out to explain or tell me what they were going to do. 40 min later handed me my key told me my car was fixed air conditioning was working great and charged me $244.00 .
I get in the car stiil (on the lot I )..to my surprise I had the same problem I came in with . (Never leaveing the lot )..I Go back in get HASH , they come out also to recognizes the same problem is still a problem.
(We go back inside )…from there I’m thinking they were going to have a professional conversation wow I got verbally insulted , they refused to take responsibility refused to refund me the $244.00 and they literally started arguing with me about thier mistake.
I consulted with another professional commercial auto service who informed me that any professional mechanic who liifts the hood and see this type of problem automatically knows what to do before touching me vehicle they should’ve came out explained the issue the potential resolution and allow me to make the decision on repairs. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN IN THIS CASE !!!
I was clearly taken advantage of in this situation so basically they lied to me and took my money on purpose . SMH
If the team wanted lunch money that bad I would’ve been more the happy to provide the whole team lunch that day without the hassle and insults ..
I still haven’t been refunded nor have they reached out to clear this unfortunate situation up . ??????
HASH MOTORS this was very unprofessional and unacceptable!

I read some thing on the next-door, saying to take my car here. It was a huge mistake. They were not honest. They swore to me they could get it in and out the same day. They did not. I'm pretty sure they overcharged me when I checked with a mechanic after the service . The coolant was completely empty (after specifically check out if they had filled it up )leaving the lot even though they told me that they had filled it up…Never again. Then they proceeded to tell me all these really expensive things were wrong on top of the problem. I brought it in for... which may be true, but honestly, I have a hard time believing it. I'm going to get a second opinion. I would definitely find somewhere else to take your vehicle here at any cost .

Both line is the shop is tired and the owner has a horrible attitude. He should just retire if he doesn’t want to give good service anymore.
Here what happened… I scheduled an appointment to have a headlight replaced in my Mercedes. The guy at the counter originally told me what parts I needed to order, which helped because I wouldn’t have known about the control module I needed. So I preferred the parts and set an appointment to have them install it. After a week of them having my car and no call, I called to ask what the status was. The person I spoke with at Hash told me they couldn’t get the programming to take and the owner was pissed because I ordered the parts and that he just wanted me to come get the car. Now if they initially told me they didn’t work on cars with parts order by customers, I would have been ok with that. Instead they treated me like a jerk and sent me away with a car that had no functioning headlight. Oh and the best part is that they gave me another quote to fix it for $4800.00. What a bunch of jokers!! Fortunately I called Euro Motor Sports and their capable mechanic had it fixed in half a day. So long story short… GO TO Euro Motor sports. They are nicer and they know what they are doing. Hey owner of Hash.. if you’ve read this far… Retire!!

This was the second time I've had service at Hash and had to leave a review about how amazing their service and work is. I hit a pothole downtown Indy and was quoted $14K from BMW for the damages done. Hash did the work for a FRACTION of the cost (I paid out of pocket, no insurance claim), and almost 2 weeks ahead of my quoted time from when I towed my car in. Great work on my BMW, I can trust my car is taken care of and they know what they are doing here.

Do NOT take your car here. My brother in law brought in his Porsche 997.1 for white smoke coming out the exhaust and they diagnosed it with bore scoring and would require a $26k engine rebuild. I heard about it and found out that it only required a replacement of the air oil separator-about a $150 part. Replaced it ourselves and all was well. We scoped the bores and there was zero bore scoring. Scummy people. Probably just wanted to buy my BIL’s car on the cheap to resell.

I’ve had great experiences at Hash Imports. Mike is always been professional and a pleasure to deal with and the work has always been well done and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

Initially, I liked Hash. They did good work and it was a comfort to know they’d be able to handle my Volkswagen. My faith slowly started to slip over the 2 years I went here. Several times I would schedule an oil change weeks in advanced. I’d drop the car off night before, only to be told the day of my appointment they couldn’t get to it and it would have to be extended to next day. I only have one car, so that was frustrating when I make an appointment far out and it takes 2 days to complete. Once they said car was ready after hours, my boyfriend and I went to pick it up. The car wasn’t on the lot. Believing it had been taken, we filed a police report. Next day, I call Hash and they said oh it was in the garage. They forgot to put it out. They didn’t apologize at all, in fact they laughed at me for my conclusion to believe it was stolen. Customer service was my final complaint. They’ve not been nice. If I want to explain something, they cut me off and rudely cut to the chase. They are unfriendly and anytime you express a grievance they don’t seem to care. I love supporting small businesses, so parting ways with Hash has been sad.

Personally would not recommend this place. I brought Hash Imports an AMAZING line of business including a Mercedes E55 AMG, a Mercedes GLE350, a Honda Pilot, an Acura RDX, and a Volkswagen Tiguan as I'd heard from others they do great work. If you get your oil changes here, you better have a second car (and someone to drive you around for extended amount of time without your car) because half the time the service isn't even completed by the end of the day. And I always schedule WELL ahead of time. Even just an oil change! They forget to change oil change stickers, communicate extremely poorly, and have no concept of customer service whatsoever. Each time I brought my girlfriend's car in for her routine services, Mike would bring out this massive "Suggested services" document that always had a ridiculous amount of services on it at a astonishingly high price, of course. But when I would ask for an explanation, it would be like I'm not speaking English to the guy. He was rude, impatient and overall is an extremely poor image to have at the forefront of a business. That doesn't exclude the time I had asked to pick up my girlfriend's VW slightly after hours as I was late getting off of work. Mike said he would leave the car out front with keys under the floor mat. But when we got there, there was no VW. With no communication, the car had been left in the garage out back, leading to my thinking that the car had been stolen. Needless to say, I called the police. Only next morning did I receive a call back. And no apology, even when I went in to get the car. If you have a European car, go somewhere else.

My quote was lower then all others. The final charge was identical to the quote. The work done was on time.

Fair pricing and good communication, however, I would not take my car for electronic issues here.Brought my bmw in for a battery drain issue, and after dropping it off, when they were done with the diagnosis, they told me the possible component causing the drain but they also told me my rear components, like rear windows, rear lights, rear heated seats all stopped working. So on top of the actual issue, now my rear components didn’t work. They told me that my entire rear electronic module must be bad and gave me a quote to replace that module and have it coded by them to the car.Reason I am giving 1 star is because all of my rear components worked when I dropped off the car. I am familiar with coding bmws and when I got it back I saw that, when they were trying to diagnose using their diagnostic tools, they somehow managed to wipe the firmware on the rear electronic module. I coded the module back to the factory software and everything started working again.
