I stopped by for a cashier's check and to add my wife as a signor to a business account. We were the only customers in the branch or in the drive thru. They were too busy to take the five minutes to handle this request while both of us were standing in the building. They said we would need to make an appointment to come back. I saw three people in the cubicles but none were able to take a few minutes? The rest of my business accounts are with Chase and I've never walked out of a Chase branch without such a simple request being taken care of on the spot. I'm honestly stunned at this level of customer service. Use caution if you are looking to move you business accounts to this branch. Your time does not seem to be valued. I'll amend this review if there is an appropriate response to my concerns.

This Huntington, and the company as a whole, is an absolute joke. My family has had our money here for over a decade, but no more. We're moving it all out. I recently met with a banker and the manager and tried to get my rate on a money market updated to what they offer new customers. To get their best rates you need to bring in more than, $25,000 of "new money" aka money that is not from a Huntington account. Asked them how long I needed to stand outside with a check for it to count as new money and was asked if I wanted to close my account in more words than that. Hey, no problem. They will wring their hands and say that they advocated for you or put in complaints. Remember that they work there and will not rock the boat or bite the hand that feeds for you.Do yourself a favor and check out one of the local banks in the area. Bank of Indianapolis is right across the street and Lake City is a bit west but they both seem to actually want customers. I am getting 10 times per month what I got per year in interest at a competitor on my money market after moving with no promotional hoops. Not an exaggeration. Shop around, you won't be back.

I concluded all business with this establishment today. Wasted almost an hour in the branch and still didn't get done what I needed to. I have sent multiple international wires from this branch in the past with no issues. Today I was berated by the person helping me that I didn't bring in the wire instructions that I have used in the past. Every other time I never needed it and the information was readily available. After she found the wire instructions she refused to transfer money between my two accounts. Closing all my accounts here.

The lady (customer service manager) dont know her name. She was very discriminating. Assuming the checks I deposited was fraudulent. It was a pretty large check. According to the app., it was cleared but she put a hold on it and took off from the balance assumed it wasnt real. Never ever going back to that location and also thinking about bringing my business elsewhere . I have personal and business account with them recently opened, but very very disappointed at her customer service experience. I was never embarrassed and felt discriminated like that at the bank with my own money. She also told back office to keep an eye on that check and account. I will take my business elsewhere thanks to her. If you are not dressed properly, are not white, or look like you aren't rich, dont go to this branch. Ps. I got money, business and dont deserve to be treated like a criminal.

Probably one of the nicest banks I've been to. Ben is awesome and is always helpful, if he's able to help You out he will. All the teller girls are awesome too! They are always smiling and ready to help! This is a very convenient location for me. We had fraud on our account and Ben helped us right away and started calling the banks the fake checks were deposited to. He was able to stop over 5K in fraud checks from coming out of our account. I'm happy with their service overall!

DO NOT use Huntington for business accounts. I have documentation that proves when ACH deposits were sent to Huntington, they included the "0" at the beginning of the account number, but on multiple occasions my deposits have been held up with the excuse that there was no "zero." I believe the issue is re-current with many accounts and they "float" the funds in a general deposit account accruing interest for a day before fixing. In addition, on multiple other occasions, I communicated that I would be traveling including my location. They would still intermittently decline transactions for security/travel restrictions; once costing me several hundred dollars because I had to rent a car instead of paying for my car at the mechanic since my plane landed after hours. I like their personal account processes; but I cannot stress enough how much I hate their business department. Phone calls are miss-routed, processes are inconsistent, and the overall culture seems very incompetent. This is not a branch issue; it is completely a corporate issue.

It has been 2 months I contacted bank customer service for my issue with promotional deal they gave me. Since I talked to them the first time on 5/19, I have never received any update or returned call even though they promised me they would call me back. I called back again and was told they're working on it. That was a month and a half ago and no returned call, no email, no communication, nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK WITH MONEY!! I closed my accounts with this bank and in search for a new and decent one now.
