If I could give a zero, I would. How a company does not have a way to connect with a local store for lost and found inquiries is beyond my comprehension.The Indian speaking gentleman offered no assistance other than the script he was given to read. Told me to go back to the store. I understand my part in this for leaving a pair of glasses in the cart that I used to select/scan/pay and carry out without a bag.Customer service is not a part of this company’s credo unless you a buying for a company. SO LONG IKEA

Okra is a shopping Experience. Great selection of items and a fun atmosphere. You can find bargains on many things here, but others not so much. I am disappointed in their dried for cheapness. The detolf cabinet is a great example. The changing of the “family” program is another.Clean and bright store. Like I said it’s an experience. You should try it at least once.

Clean and huge! Good price for the tea lights.I was a bit annoyed that they advertise for using the app to scan… but then the actual express checkout was closed.

We ordered three chairs online on late February, and the delivery process was a NIGHTMARE!! At the moment I’m writing this we haven’t being reimbursed our money after cancelling the order a week ago, and the company they use for delivery delivered the chairs this morning, ONE WEEK AFTER CANCELING!!?? Ikea Fishers, FIX THIS!!!!

I like IKEA. I want to like IKEA. But without fail every time I visit they are out of what I came for. I know I should learn my lesson and check inventory online before I make the trip, but it doesn’t register in my mind to do so when it’s not something I need to do for any other store.

Neat store to walk around! So many ideas! We didn't have anything in mind to purchase but found some really neat coffee mugs. Great place to shop if you need decorating ideas.
