Drove all the way here to basically find out they don’t have functioning ATM machines and I have to come back on Monday. Thanks IMCU for wasting my Saturday and my Monday morning.

I have banked with IMCU for about 10 years now. I started going to the Fishers branch when they opened. It was great and everyone was so attentive. I get a paper check from my job and work pas the banking hours. I am not able to put it into the ATM unless I want them to hold my check for 3 business days which is crazy. You can't do a picture unless you want them to hold it even longer. I was told to use the drop box. I do this and now its like I have to call every week to get them to go check the drop box and put the check in my account. When you have automatic bills the last thing you need is your check to not be in your account when you have bills to pay. I sit on hold and talk to the call center for at least 20 minutes before anyone answers at the fisher branch. This is crazy. I think it might be time to find a new bank. This is beyond frustrating!!

Just got off the phone with the Fishers branch because we had two charges in our account that we did not make. He (maybe Kyle?) proceeded to tell me that he didn’t think they were fraud charges because they were local, the card was presented and they were low amounts. The gaslighting made me furious. I know we didn’t make the charges which makes it fraud no matter what the amount was and where it was. Also I specifically told him we don’t have the card so someone could easily be using it and “presenting it” when purchasing. I have banked with IMCU for more than 10 years and we are starting to have problems recently and I’m seriously considering switching banks. I would not use this location. Use the Noblesville location if you need to chat with anyone.

I brought my high school aged kids to this branch on a Saturday morning to create checking accounts for them since I already bank there. There were four employees there, no customers, and was denied service by an older female employee because I had no appointment. No customers, 4 employees and no time to serve a current customer. I’m taking my business somewhere else obviously but extremely disappointed.

Had to go into my local branch at 13220 Olio Road Fishers, Indiana 46037. Kaleb Heinzman is a rockstar, was able to answer all my questions, take a payment, setup auto pay and give me pay off information on my loan.

Just spent 30 minutes sitting in the ATM/Teller line outside to find out my cashier's check (made out to myself), could not be verified even though I provided the phone number and name of the teller who issued it to me from my other bank. Ridiculous WASTE of time. Fishers, IN location.
