This place is awful. I went in today to deposit two checks on payroll and one personal. I also asked to change my address and showed my government issues drivers license and the teller refused to change my address. Straight up refused. I’ll be closing my accounts promptly and I will be finding a new bank.

Excellent friendly service. I use the banks on 116th in Fishers; the one at Town Center Noblesville; and on Carmel Drive in Carmel. All are efficient and helpful.

I had to deposit a check into my son's account, so cannot do it online. I go to the drive-thru and sit 5 minutes waiting for someone. Video camera of the teller area shows no one in sight, so I decide to pull through and go into the bank to see if someone is available to do a simple deposit. There are two "workers" in the bank - one is trying to explain to a woman why she doesn't want to take out a home equity loan to pay off her mortgage (and she doesn't get it) and the other is shooting the breeze with another "customer" talking about week-end plans. I wait for another 15 minutes in the lobby and no one even acknowledges my existence, so I leave. This is a new low in KeyBank's already miserable service, and at the first chance I get I will be "reserving an appointment" to close out all 5 of our family accounts and ditching this bank. I may not find anything better (seems like none of them remember customer service anymore) but it sure can't get any worse. Sorry KeyBank, but you missed the mark. Not everything can be done online with your apps, and when you can't speak to a human for 20 minutes that's the end of the line.

Not a soul in the bank, besides me...been in the lobby waiting for the most basic service from a Banker... wait for it.... for 20 minutes. There are Bankers and Tellers here. No customers in the entire bank including the drive thru, yet for some reason it took them 20 minutes to give me the most basic service. I went from asking a simple question to NOW I'm closing my account! Cheers Key Bank, no wonder they're closing 50% of the Central IN branches!
