If I could give no stars I would! Stop sending me promotional "Preferred Customer Event" mail. You sold me a couch that broke not once but twice within the first month and then made me go through hell to get a refund. I'm not a fan of your company and I've shared my experience with everyone I know. When you send me promotional materials it reminds me to to continue to tell everyone I know that Kittle's furniture is awful.

Worst delivery experience! I’ve shopped at Kittles for years. I recently ordered new office furniture for my small business. The Kittles truck arrived to deliver it at my place of work. They ran over a median when there is a clearly marked entrance (that large car haulers drive through regularly with no issues), they RAN INTO a car in my parking lot and when my staff went to move the car, the mover got out of the passenger side of the truck and screamed at my staff so loud I could hear him inside my building. I went out to see what was happening (I am VISIBLY pregnant by the way) the same grown man looked down at me and started yelling at me too. I asked them to leave my property, he yelled at me again. He refused to leave an additional three times in between him threatening and cursing at me and my staff. I reported this incident to Kittles immediately (hands still shaking), they did not care at all. I have never been so scared in my life! Completely ridiculous that this even happened and that Kittles didn’t even apologize for it after they were made aware of the situation.

If you are delivering to this place I am suggesting strongly for everyone to stay away from this place,Arrived day before scheduled appointment and was told to wait until tomorrow,and then tomorrow first requested was to assist unloading and load was assigned “no touch to driver” ,Place is unorganized and unfriendly!!!Started 8;20 am now is lunch time 11-12 pmDisgrace!!!!!Get prepared to waste 5-6 hours of your time here at least!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!

THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!!!!! I hate that wayfair uses them. This delivery service lost my entire sleeper sectional & ottoman

TERRIBLE experience with the delivery drivers. I ordered a dining table for my mother’s house.The two delivery drivers came to my Mother’s house and left the delivery in the front of the house. They told my mother that they could put the table together for her for $128. They told her, “ this is the type of things rich people order so we require a tip to put it together” Nobody told my mother this is the process??? After telling them that she didn’t have that on her because again, this was my gift to her, they proceeded to leave the property. My mother asked the two gentleman if they can atleast roll the extremely heavy furniture into the front door instead of leaving it outside where she had no way of getting it into her house. Again my mother is elderly. The gentlemen told my mother that they would only roll it in the house for a tip. Once she told them that she didn’t carry cash , one of the gentlemen proceeded taking a picture of my mother’s house and then the two gentleman told her they couldn’t help her and left . This is HORRIBLE customer service and my mother does not feel safe and does not feel like she was treated properly.

Very bad communication amongst the various departments. I talked to 3 or 4 different people got 3 or 4 different answers. Was a very frustrating experience.
