Megan did a wonderful job walking me through ordering a cake and all of the options and everyone at the event was impressed with how it looked and tasted!

Wilson and the other male pharmacist have the worst disposition, speak down to customers almost mocking them, lie to customers physicians and then act like you should be thankful they give you your medication after you pay. Staff is just as bad and make sure you feel your an inconvenience to them as they slowly walk around doing nothing but ignoring you

Management at the store on Meridian Street in Anderson acted like it was a bother to even talk to me about a complaint. Sandy the manager was rude to say the least. Go to any other store and stay away from that one.

My recent experience at the Kroger on Olio Road in Fishers, Indiana, left much to be desired. Upon entering the store and heading to the floral department to inquire about balloon bouquets, I was met with an incredibly rude and unprofessional associate. Not only did this associate mumble inappropriate language under her breath, including profanity and disrespectful remarks, but she also displayed a dismissive and unhelpful attitude towards my inquiries. When I asked about the availability of balloon bouquets, her response was curt and unfriendly. Additionally, when my wife asked about adjusting the height of the balloon arrangements to suit our needs, the associate responded in a condescending manner, stating that the balloons could not be adjusted. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer service setting. As customers, we should be able to ask questions and make requests without being met with rudeness or disrespect. I hope that Kroger takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior of their associates. Customer service should be a top priority, and instances like this one can severely impact a customer's perception of a store. I will think twice before returning to this Kroger location and will be sure to share my experience with others.

The customer service at this location is the worst! There are particular woman that work the self checkout lanes that should either be fired or moved to the back! They lack not only customer service skills and a personality! Some even treat you like a theft! Management needs to get involved! Every time I go through someone is being treated badly by them!

This store has a wide selection of items and is bigger than other locations I've been to. I always find what I need. I usually check their mobile app for ecoupons/deals to add to my Kroger card before shopping. Typically busy here. Hard to get the shopping carts around, especially the produce area. Their parking is a bit limited too.

Never been to a super Kroger before. Certainly has all the size and selection you would expect from a meijer or wal-mart. Was a little overwhelming but you will find whatever you need here

Pretty decent store. The meat prices are a bit high for what I'm getting when I can go to fresh thyme and get organic for cheaper. Other than that have a TON to shop from and still blows my mind they have CLOTHES full on aisles of clothing that's actually cute!!!

Just went to this Kroger with a group of friends after a funeral. We bought some wine (all 21) and went to self check out. Bailey took one look at us in sorority shirts and decided to be extremely rude. She decided one id was fake (florida Id who was in town for a funeral) when we all said no it's real can you get a manager she walked away and kept talking to other employees under her breath about us. Manager (Alexandrea) also wouldn't look at it and decided that we all were liars. When we once again said no it's real and can you scan it or get a second opinion she wouldn't even look at it. They were extremely rude and unprofessional and we clearly were targeted. Disappointed.

I'm not a Starbucks fan, but for some reason the Starbucks in Kroger is fantastic. The employee's are knowledgeable about their products and I love the cup holders they supply while you shop. Combined with the Kroger bakery, you really can't get better at that price and at the inside tables.

Do not cash lottery tickets at this location (Olio Rd and 116th). I cashed a ticket here and made the mistake of not counting what the gal handed me until I left the customer service counter. When I went back to tell them I was short a hundred dollars, I was told to come back the next morning so they could count the drawers. Well obviously I went back the next morning, just to be told the drawer came back correct. Then was all but called a liar. When I asked them to review security tapes so they could see what I was handed, the lady told me No, their was nothing they could do. Not to mention the gal that cashed the ticket would not even discuss it with me. As soon as I showed up, she disappeared. They have a thief working at the customer service counter that obviouslyknows how to scam people.!! DO NOT TRUST THEM...

Always Terrible SMALL parking lots. I had to park far away and while I was shopping, it started raining. They locked the doors close to my vehicle. I asked if there was another way to get to my car. They said, "no" and they didn't seem to care that I had to walk a long way, in the rain, to get to my car with my groceries They are not clean. Restrooms are horrible. Service is not good.

I could not find sugar-free creamer. I was hoping for name, brand, sugar packets, but they don’t have any. I asked the lady at the service desk where the sunflower kernels were so I didn’t have to run all over the store looking for them.
She didn’t know. She gave me four different places they might be!! do you not have something at the service desk that would clue your employees into where things are???

This store is always the worst when it comes to checkout. It's the Friday evening before thanksgiving and they have 3 checkout lines open that aren't self serve. Self service is fine if you don't have an entire cart of groceries.

Honestly didn’t like how I was followed in the store. And during check a employee was hovering over just me but not the lady next to me even when she asked him a question. Stayed over me and looking my way until I checked out. It was just the two of us but he decided to hover over me. Dorky dude with the glasses
