This store is gone. They built a brand new store called Kroger Market Place directly across the street. It's BIG & it's fabulous! Put your walking shoes on! You're gonna need them!

This employee is rude, she doesn't know her job functions, I asked her for a lottery ticket & she had no clue. Meanwhile me & others waited for her while she sat on her behind in the back sleep, I even left & came back and she was still sleep, her costume service, & her ability to be vigilant is poor, her excuse is that she works at Kroger & not the gas station part which is why she could care less.

New location on 116th in Fishers may provide more choices, but not good for a quick trip - very spread out with impulse buys strategically placed in the middle. Lots of walking! Parking lot is cramped - ruining rims on curbs trying to pull in twice while others pulling out near store...could just be me. Best to pull in on the Arby's end. I still give it a 4 because it's clean & new.

TERRIBLE location. Every single time I give this location another chance because it's close and convenient, I regret it. Staff is rude and/or unhelpful and the produce/cheese section can be rough. I once had a staff member physically take items out of my hands at the self check out to “assist me”. Another time the entire lemon produce pallet was all molded. Drive the extra couple minutes to another Kroger.

So I went to buy some salmon in the meat department the wait was very long to even get help so finally this white old man with a white beard ask me what I would like so I told him we'll another young kid came up which was black and ask me if I need help again I said yes I told him I was getting help from the other man I mentioned well don't u no he stat helping someone else and gave me a funny look so the young guy help me he didnt listen well at all and he needs to be taught on how to wrap the meats u buy that was terrible he didn't use enough paper to wrap it in so the people that work there is rude no one in there every ask if u need help just look at y funny walk away so not please with the customer service there

I was just at this Kroger and received a terrible service, I was in line and was ignored, the cashier Aviv decided to ignore me and help the lady that was behind me, when I finally got to the register the other rude lady told us that “we don’t have cash in this register” okay..am I supposed to be a mind reader? You should have a sign up that says register closed?? Then finally got to the other register and when I tried to return my items (that i had the receipt for) that I literally just purchased few days ago, she kept on going back and forth, started ringing up stuff, got angry while ringing up the items, kept on going in and out of the managers office and comes back to tell me that we can’t return, when I asked why..she told me that it’s cause it was from a different location. Kroger is still Kroger and we literally have the receipt and the item unused, after going back and forth we left and the employees decided to laugh at me and kept on yelling “bye ma’am” terrible service, DO NOT RECOMMEND”

Brenley, in the flower department, is fantastic! She helped me create a lovely balloon arrangement for my daughter's 16th birthday. Her genuine smile and kind assistance helped brighten my day. Thank you!

My experience at this place has been very unpleasant, they have a big problem with the staff they employ I think, that they do not hire people trained to offer customer support services. They have very racist staff and it is very unpleasant to tolerate the mistreatment that these people give.
It's annoying to go shopping and feel liked. The worst attention is in the Deli, bakery and butchery area 👎🏻

They have the worst service of all the stores I visit, they also have employees who treat customers badly and have racist acts 😒 the worst attention is that of bakery and that of the deli section. It’s incredible to see how because we are Hispanic they don’t want to attend to us😕 besides that when they attend to you they do it in a very rude way. I must also mention that I was assaulted by one of the workers who work in the bakery section. I really don’t understand how they can keep staff who can’t and doesn’t know how to work with attention to the public. The worst thing is that I live a few steps from this store and I buy every day and they always treat me very badly, being a frequent customer 😕. Sometimes I’m waiting for my turn and I’m the only person standing in front of the counter and they see me and don’t have the kindness to attend to me, I have to wait for a long time for any of them to want and have the disposition.
As for the supply of shelves, I don’t know what to think every day it’s emptier, vegetables and vegetables in a state of decomposition and I don’t understand the reason since I always see personnel assigned to those areas.
When I started visiting this store I loved it but every day the staff they employ is very intolerant and they have no willingness to help the customer 😕

Never any cashiers.. self check out backed up every time. Rude employees. I've given this store many chances and dislike leaving a bad review....however, it is never a good experience at this location. Target is cheaper...better stocked and a way better experience.

Addition: All deli employees but 1 refuse to or don't know how to 'shave' slice your deli counter selection.
7 yrs ago: Newly enlarged and remodeled. Plenty of parking. Nice looking produce, bakery section, and meat counter. Sale prices throughout the store rival discount stores. We ran into problems with empty shelves for a number of items we came for. Checkout lanes were short enough for quick checkout.

For last month or so, there is rarely more than a single register open at peak shopping times - sometimes none at all. This leaves guests with full shopping carts with no other option than self-checkout causing major traffic jams and added time during the check out process. Heading into the holiday season, I hope this location can get the registers figured out because this is a huge deterrent from shopping here.
