I was in the grocery yesterday and one other day recently. They had used some type of cleaning agent that made me sick with severe coughing. I could smell it both times. They should use something less caustic for cleaning.

This Kroger is usually very very busy. I would say that’s the biggest downfall however they usually have quite a few registers open so the wait typically isn’t long to check out which I feel is a huge deal. Their sales and coupons are always great. However, their meat prices aren’t always the best so unless they have some crazy deal on meat, I typically don’t buy meat from Kroger. Store is typically always clean shelves are usually stocked great store for day-to-day items you need at a great price with coupons.

Disgusting fried chicken...who is buying it???? Oil must be 3 months old....horrible ....
Asked an employee about it...the are so overworked...no help...management threatens them with their jobs...no Christmas appreciation as in years past..their CEO makes millions but gives nothing to employees at Christmas???
Think it's time to try Meijers....

I just wanted to say that ever since Kroger changed the Fried Chicken recipe the chicken has been trash. And the Company in General has become very hard to enjoy.

Their pickup system is terrible. We've been given different people groceries several times. There has been instances where they've been delayed several hours but fail to tell us. I can't express enough how awful it is.

Today, I had an experience where I drove 15 minutes to pick up an item from a store, but I was unable to enter because the staff informed me that the store was closed, even though it wasn't closing time yet. It seems like they may have stopped letting customers in a few minutes before closing. Although I only needed to pick up one item, the staff assumed I was there to shop. I hope they reconsider their policy so that others don't encounter the same situation. I may consider visiting a different location next time.

Nice grocery store but very busy most of the time. The store is very congested and really difficult to get in and out quickly. If you can, I'd suggest using online pickup to avoid this whole mess.

Pretty amazing that you can't buy a filet or New York strip or even a t-bone at 5:00 p.m. on a Sunday. Completely out of everything. And you ask the butchers if they have anything and they just look at you and say nope. It is now time to consider another grocery store.

this store honestly doesn't even deserve a 1 start, their pickup unit sucks! I have ordered seafood a few times and ordered pounds of different types of seafood whether it be fish or salmon and I could order 1 or 2 pounds and they would literally give me 1 or 2 pieces of the item which is common sense if it says POUNDS why would you select 1 or 2 PIECES! Made me drive all the way back up there and to top it off one of the girls working back there made it seem like they did me a favor for not charging me for their screw up. I didn't ask for a favor only asked for the product I ORDERED. The inside of the store is no better I guess it depends on who you run into and who also decides to do their job that day. Will not be visiting this store as often as they need to make staff improvements.

Empty shelves as Kroger cannot keep up with demand. Self checkout is so touchy an employee needs to stand nearby to reset the machine that claims you are stealing all the time. No where else to shop so Kroger takes advantage by not hiring enough staff and maintains low inventory.
