Went there today and They had 4 self checkout lines open for the entire store. That’s it! Tons of employees walking around together, stocking shelves…couldn’t someone be checking people out?? Also low stock on many things, as well as a ton of yogurt well past the best by dates. This location isn’t great.

This store has a wide selection of items and is bigger than other locations I've been to. I always find what I need. I usually check their mobile app for ecoupons/deals to add to my Kroger card before shopping. Typically busy here. Hard to get the shopping carts around, especially the produce area. Their parking is a bit limited too.

Thanks so much for the 14 dozen glazed doughnuts! I picked them up, and they were still warm in the boxes ?. Everyone loved them.

This store is genuinely starting to piss me off. It is not about staff members. It's a management issue. Every time my grocers are delivered are delivered to the wrong house and if I order for pick up there's so many substitutions and I can't always accept the substitutions and the managers are experts at avoiding calls. Also as someone who has work at this store 10+ years ago, nothing has changed. The management is lazy, complacent and can be caught just standing around multiple times. I keep going because it is 5 minutes from my house. Every trip there's at least 5 items I need that are just wholes on the shelf where the item should. Products on pallets (so they have the items, but they just don't put them out).

Too many people have given negative reviews complaining about things that are universal wherever you shop - higher prices, occasional poor quality produce, low stock on common, in-demand items, items moved from one aisle to another, etc. I shop here often when visiting family in the area, and I have never once had a problem. Employees are courteous and polite, prices are competitive and the shelves here are usually well-stocked (which cannot be said of a well-known supermarket from where I live and shop where MANY empty shelves and a lack of needed items is commonplace), it’s clean and organized, store clerks are around to ask if you can’t find something, and the produce, meat, and deli sections are all great and have a wide variety of selections! I wish there was a Kroger like this one where I live in Grand Rapids, MI. I wish those people who are complaining could shop up north for a while to see how good they truly have it here at Kroger.

Never been to a super Kroger before. Certainly has all the size and selection you would expect from a meijer or wal-mart. Was a little overwhelming but you will find whatever you need here

I gig not know that Thanksgiving day was a carte blanche day to give inept service and excuses for for work that should have been done before today. Then while trying to talk with Brandon, who had no response, just walked away and accused me of wanting an audience, when all I wanted to knwhy he couldn't get his invoices input the day his deliveries were made. Because if his job was accomplished properly, I could have purchased the bottle of wine that was priced and in his wine chiller. So, instead I had to leave my $235 purchase in the store. This makes no sense that he blames me for being upset on a holiday for his staff not doing their jobs.

More and more, I am seeing Krogers doing away with cashiers. The prices are rising, and produce is looking worse. If you’re going to charge the prices, you do have cashiers and baggers. If not, discount your pricing if you expect customers to checkout and bag. This was once our main store, but we now try others since it’s not about service anymore.Receive less, pay more at Krogers.

This location sucks. The parking lot is designed weird. The store is too small. The layout of the store is garbage. Once you learn where something is, they move it or put it in an end cap or in a completely different aisle. Before 8:00am the store is less crowded but there's 40 people restocking, and they have no idea what they're talking about. They'll either point you to the wrong place or lazily tell you, "We don't carry that item anymore," which is usually a lie... they just don't want to open the box or go get it from the back.

Pretty decent store. The meat prices are a bit high for what I'm getting when I can go to fresh thyme and get organic for cheaper. Other than that have a TON to shop from and still blows my mind they have CLOTHES full on aisles of clothing that's actually cute!!!

The grocery pick up at this location is HORRIFIC. Every time we order we are missing several items “out of stock”. This last time I was fed up, so we went in to “shop” after picking up our order. To no surprise we found every single item we were shorted. All items were in their home locations. Meaning not on end caps or secondary locations. So the picker obviously never looked for the items. Pure laziness. We have several neighbors that say their orders are always the same.Get it together Kroger. There is obviously a lack of management at this store.

I had a large order and only received 1 bag, from someone else's order. I had to call the store 3 times before someone picked up, then they said they'd check on it and call me back but never did. When I reached a representative through the chat they said I could go back and pick it up, but they wouldn't deliver it and wouldn't provide any kind of refund or compensation for my extra time and gas money. I was charged for my full order but received none of it.

Just went to this Kroger with a group of friends after a funeral. We bought some wine (all 21) and went to self check out. Bailey took one look at us in sorority shirts and decided to be extremely rude. She decided one id was fake (florida Id who was in town for a funeral) when we all said no it's real can you get a manager she walked away and kept talking to other employees under her breath about us. Manager (Alexandrea) also wouldn't look at it and decided that we all were liars. When we once again said no it's real and can you scan it or get a second opinion she wouldn't even look at it. They were extremely rude and unprofessional and we clearly were targeted. Disappointed.

This place is great if you like a rude staff all the way up to management. Go here if you want to be ignored and served behind people if you do not look like you are as wealthy as the others. Has been terrible for at least the past decade, but that can be attributed to the pretentious state of Fishers. It's Indiana, take a chill pill and try to be kind, is only an issue faced this part of the state, everywhere else, people at least pretend to be nice. Bakery products are not bad though.
