I had the pleasure of working with Nick Cox. Nick made the entire experience with Lockhart a joy. He was very knowledgeable on the Cadillac brand as well. After my car was totaled, dealing with a fun and easy going sales rep was uplifting. I definitely recommend Nick and Lockhart! I have been purchasing Cadillacs for 25 years and this experience ranks at the top!

Drive 1.5 hr to pick up the pre-ordered parts on saturday at 2:15 pm and they closed at noon even tho their close time is 3 pm!
Day before i called them and guy told me that they gonna be open until 3 pm on saturday!

Sales process was fast but wrong place . Donāt buy car from there specially different brands . Car fax report was fake . Car on road sound like drove 200k miles . Tyres messed up steering wheel messed up transmission messed up and even didnāt checked coolent windshield water oil filter and oil . Just after 1500 miles oil signs came up .
Not recommended to buy used car from them . And financial department also a mystery . They will put charges in your loan without telling you and describing you .

Had to take my vehicle back as soon as I drove away I had to turn back to shop. Still had the same issue. After having vehicle for a week issue is solved but after I left my tpms on one of my tires is not working it was when I dropped it off. I'm tired of going there

Coming from excellent customer service at Audi Indianapolis, to this. The two dont compare. From the day I bought my car to now two years later. Throwing stuff in financing that wasn't talked about like their scam of a ceramic coating. To the third flashing light (which was never installed). The Sales person said Finance would talk about it, and the Finance person said sales was supposed to talk to me about it. Neither did and it was just added on somehow.
Service. Does an okay job. Only for basic oil changes. Everything else is over priced when you call other Chevy dealerships. Every recommendation I was able to get for hundreds cheaper down the road.
I got a professional Ceramic Coating done at Mint Detail when I worked there and spent countless hours perfecting my car myself. I ALWAYS make sure that I tell my service advisor not to wash the car. My last trip there, I saw the service advisor stamp āDo not washā on my ticket like always. Came to pickup my car and it was ran through their auto wash. Putting scratches and swirls in my paint.
Originally they were willing to work with me to resolve this issue. They offered to exchange services instead of just paying To get my car redone professionally. I was OK with that compromise. And figured I would do that on my next service appointment.
I attempt to reach out The services that were promised to me because my oil change is due and nobody there seems to remember the issue and I get ignored. Canāt get on the phone with anybody and just got straight up told they were not going to do anything to help fix these issues.
Iāll get a reply to contact Jason Fox on this bad review but you guys have my contact. Iāll expect you to reach out to me. Iāll consider changing it. Or removing it if I'm taken care of the way I expect.

Theyāll give you great service for the first year after that they start to mess with your vehicle. (They used to send me offers in the mail to get a newer vehicle) Until They wrecked my car (while they were doing oil change āin their lotā) my vehicle was 10 minutes away from the waiting room area while Iām waiting for service. TOM confirmed that I was the second customer something like this happened. Ever since then my vehicle went bad. Tom Vanderpool doesnāt care. My insurance went high. BE CAREFUL Donāt trust this place.
