My friends and I decided to book appointments at this nail salon for a pre-party pampering session and it was the best decision ever. The staff were accommodating, the ambiance was soothing, and the end results were simply stunning.

Was a loyal customer for a while. The tech that I always made appt. left the shop. the ladies rush and polish job was not great sometimes chip a day or 2 after, unevenes. Also, the prices would jump all over the place every time it was a different price... a gel manicure sure be the same price every time. Prices are not online. There are no prices posted in store. Gel manicure by itself was never the same price.

Visited for the first time today. Called the day before to set an appointment for noon. Lady on the phone said that would be fine. Get there that day, and sat for 20 mins after my appointment time while they took walk-ins before me. When it was time for my pedi, lady did a good job until I told her I needed to change my color before she started. Wanted an emerald green, I got a black looking green instead. I said it was fine and wanted to get started on my mani. Had to sit another 20 mins to wait on my mani before anyone started me. I spent 2½ hours there all together. I feel like they took their "regulars" over someone who booked an appointment and was there on time.
