I just wanted to take a moment to shout out Meredith and Coy for their incredible help throughout the entire process. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and incredibly fast—way quicker than I expected! She was not only knowledgeable but also so attentive and dedicated to making sure everything went perfectly. I could tell she genuinely cared about making the process as easy and stress-free as possible. Coy was also amazing, always there to assist when needed, and together they made such a great team.

I want to take this moment to identify two people at Magnolia Bank that went above and beyond to complete the refinance of my mortgage quickly and professionally. Mr. Nick Gonzalez and Ms. Kimberly McAtamney are in my opinion the standards by which all banks should develop their mortgage departments. Nick and Kim spoke with me about the different Magnolia Bank mortgage options that were available to achieve my financial goals. As a team we chose a mortgage that was affordable, reduced high interest debt, and provided funds for a major home improvement. One of the key take aways from this experience I would like to share is this: YOU as the homeowner must provide all the information Nick and Kim need in a timely manner to close your loan quickly. The mortgage industry has information requirements that must be satisfied before a mortgage loan can close and fund. The longer you take to get information to Nick and Kim, the longer it will take for your file to be submitted and approved. YOU as the homeowner need to be prepared, respond to emails, and telephone calls, and work together with Nick and Kim to achieve YOUR goal. Nick and Kim impressed me and renewed my faith that there are people that will help you achieve your goals. I highly recommend Magnolia Bank to achieve your financial goals.

I was referred to Nick Gonzalez and Magnolia Bank and I now know why! Nick was extremely professional while also being easy to talk to. Between Nick, Kim, and the rest of the Magnolia team, I was able to close on my new house in 30 days. Besides the great customer service, the additional highlight here was having the option to do a hybrid closing. I was able to review all the documents electronically at my leisure and then sign a majority of them from the comfort of home. Between this process and working with a great title company, I was only in the final in person closing for less than 20 minutes! I would and will recommend Nick and Magnolia Bank to anyone who wants to experience a less stressful approach to obtaining a mortgage.

Excellent communication and outstanding service from Coy and Kimberly, absolutely two of the best individuals to work with. They both stayed in contact and kept me up to date with the progress of the refinance. They were both positive and encouraging alone the process.
